I enjoyed my stay apart from the fact that I deducted twice the money I paid on bookings. When I complained they refunded part of my money when they assured me they were going to refund everything. Bookings.com did not refund all my money. I complained again about but they’ve ignored me

The apartment is really big, great views, fantastic location. The staff are amazing, so friendly and very quick to respond to your needs. Really really recommend using Aquarius Luxury Suites. The MyCiti bus stop is directly outside the apartment. Really recommend using the Myciti bus. It's very professional, reliable and gives off first world vibes. Kids first time experienced public transport. They absolutely enjoyed it.

Really needs a heated pool. Double bed is too small for the main bedroom. Apartment needs TLC. Door handles, window frames has gaps. When it's windy, there's a loud whistling sound.

The view was just out of this world! The Unit was neat and well equipped for our needs. It offers a relaxing environment.

Although neat and clean, the unit need some attention. The on-suite bathroom door does not close as the lock is stuck. The plastic strip on the shower door is showing age as it pealing off. There is a drain issue in the kitchen with drain fumes pushing back through the washing machine outlet. I would have liked a spaghetti spoon in the utensil drawer.

The breathtaking views from our lounge balcony and two of the 3 bedrooms we had were amazing. Couldn’t get enough of it. The facilities in the suites are quite up to date, comfortable and clean. There’s a restaurant within the building (although not affiliated with Aquarius) offers a damn good breakfast. Having the beach a stone throw away and the many restaurants and bars surrounding the property was very convenient.

They need to have better systems in place for checking in guests on time and not have guests wait while rooms are being cleaned well after check-in time. Some of the facilities could do with some upgrades. The pool closes way too early which was a-bit of a let down considering that the sun sets quite late. Maybe extending the closing time by 2 more hours or at least after the CPT sunset. Some of the staff were not friendly or rather just cordial- a simple hello when entering an elevator with guests would go a long way.

The room was very clean and neat. The cleaners was very nice. They also ensured that we had clean towels and that our apartment were clean for the days we stayed there. The apartment was spacious and had a spectacular view over the beach and the town. It was just as advertised. I would recommend a stay there.

Upon arrival we didn't get a warm reception. It was just like here is your keys and there is the elevator. Staff friendliness needs to improve. There was a lady and the two gentlemen that was nice upon check out. We wished we got that when we arrived. The small room and room next to it (view closest to mall); rain came through which was very unpleasant. The light in the small room did not work. Aquarius Luxury Suites is an institution guys lets get it right.

the fact that the pool area was unfinished and an ice cold indoor pool. limited gym equipment. what’s the point of a gas stove if it can’t be used when electricity is off (loadshedding) No braai facilities for self catering stays.

The location is amazing. It’s close to a lot of restaurants and bars. It is also walking distance from the beach. The balcony setup is great too, it’s not an “open” balcony. It has a see-through glass surrounding it with windows, which is ideal for sitting there and not getting blasted with wind. The balcony is also smoker-friendly, which is very rare to find. The reception was extremely helpful throughout my stay.

The parking is a tad small, even in my hatchback it felt like a mission to fit myself into it. The setup is also weird, anyone can park anywhere regardless of the number stipulated on the parking bay.

water leaking from the fridge/freezer, not enough towels for the amount of guests,

The View and the location. Don't have to drive to go somewhere. Everything is just across the road.

I booked 5 rooms. One 6 bedroom, One 5 bedroom, 2 x 3 Bedroom and 1 Bedroom. My room that is the 5 bedroom did not have a Wash Machine and a Tumble Dryer and a coffee machine like the other rooms. I think if you have a bigger room you are suppose to have actually all the best. I think that is maybe something that the company can look at making better.

It’s a very nice place just needs a proper cleaning

The curtains were very dirty During the load shedding the units/hotel rooms don’t have a back up generator and no rechargeable lights or candle provided,I would really suggest that they get a backup generator for all their rooms/units actually it’s a must
