very nice property and easy access to expressway

the pool was indoor and smelled very bad of chlorine… also my license plates were stolen the second night we stayed and I went to the front desk to speak to manager because the local police dept asked for video footage. the girl at the front desk said there was indeed surveillance but she didn’t have access to it and a manager would call me back. they never did. went back the next day to check out and told them we would be driving back to San Antonio and what happened. reassured me a manager would call back and still haven’t received a phone call so had to drive back to SA with no license.

The breakfast was well stocked and clean and the staff (even thought one girl was new ) was amazing !! So sweet and made the stay perfect .

The lamp was out on one side of the room and the ice machine on the floor was out of order . Also I’m not sure who checks if the rooms are clean but the floor was dirty (my son is in a wheelchair and can crawl and I couldn’t put him down on the floor because it was swept but definitely not mopped .

Lobby and facilities were decent and clean. Breakfast was surprisingly good, great variety especially for kids. Our room was cozy, beds were comfortable, we like to freeze and the room was ice cold so it was perfect. Appreciated the small details like a hairdryer and clothing iron and mini fridge.

Our shower stall was kinda falling apart and didn’t seem very clean. Better curtains to keep the room darker would be helpful for children.

The bed was super comfy I did like the hand soap shampoo and conditioner. I loved that the TV had Netflix. Staff was super friendly I would stay here again

The pool could have been cleaner you could see black all on the sides and water was a bit dirty breakfast was good just wish they had a waffle maker like in the pictures I like the pool table but there was only 1 good stick and the table and pool balls could have been cleaner

Check in was easy and the guest service representative was very polite. I also enjoyed the extra touches, such as the welcome bag for Hilton members and our name displayed on the TV in the room. Beds and pillows were comfortable.

The wall in the bathroom had redish, brown stains by the light switch. They bothered me so much, I used the small towel to clean them off. If this was something I noticed & was able to clean off, I feel like the cleaning staff should have noticed and cleaned that area. Also, the chair in the room was visibly very stained.

I liked how family friendly this hotel was. Even though we weren’t able to use the grill, I liked that there was a grill to be able to enjoy a stay in with family. I felt good about my kids being able to enjoy themselves and not have staff watching them every move. I would definitely stay here again.

Breakfast wasn't bad at all . Good location. Close to good restaurants. And beach not far away.

I like the hotel. But some stuff in room needed deeper clean. Tape used to repair corner . And ac was dirty. Seemed like old food in it. So I cleaned it out. And had some neighbors who were arguing all night. But hotel did handle situation instantly. So mainly cosmetic issues. Good hotel though.

For 4 days me and the misses enjoyed all that u put out breakfast was awesome,four days of beach and sun were alot the pool was the perfect place to relax before turning in....

I believe that with what and how packed yall were staff did an outstanding job.. ..I always say if it ain't broke don't fix it it.....plan on coming back ...thanks again ...

The location of the hotel is great, near gas stations and restaurants and not far from Corpus Christi's down town area and bay front beach. The breakfast was free, and it was really good better than expected. There was pancakes, eggs, and sausage and a variety of fruit and dietary options. The service was good. The room was pretty. I enjoyed that there was an indoor pool since it was cold outside while I was there. I also enjoyed the patios outdoors with the fire pots and pits.

The attendants at the desk could be a little more friendly when you check in. The bathroom in my room the shower area floor inside the tempered glass and on the tempered glass door had streak marks and stains it could have been cleaner.

Overall, the property was nice. Lovely indoor pool and nice patio with a fire pit and BBQ grill. Breakfast was OK, though I could've used more fruit and cereal options. Almost all of the staff was very helpful. I loved the hardwoods in the rooms because my kids have terrible allergies.

I found random hairs in my towels and around the bathroom. Not a huge fan of other folks DNA on me. A couple employees ignored us at breakfast, refusing to refill the pancake maker. Until the manager showed up and did it himself. The hotel itself is starting to look a little run down, shelves pulling off in the shower, pillows that provide no comfort.
