Our simple, two-bedroom apartment with built in beds is located on the first floor with direct access into the spa. The accommodations is on two levels with an open plan lounge, small kitchen and two bedrooms consisting of one room with king size built in bed for two guests and built in bunk beds accommodating up to four guests. This apartment has a car park view.

Each of our simple two-bedroom apartments have their own unique design. Some of these suites have special features such as built in beds. Please ask what your room will look like before arriving. Please note some of the bedrooms are built into the eaves, so please take care as head height is limited due to load bearing beams. These apartments have a car park view.

This adult-only Penthouse Suite is split over three levels and includes a super king-size bed, a lounge which leads onto a private balcony with a rooftop hot tub overlooking Lake Windermere.

These adult-only double rooms offer a private balcony with a two-person hot tub. A 40-inch flat-screen TV, free WiFi and a king-size bed are included. Extra beds are not available in this room type. These rooms look towards our spa and parking lot, they do not have a lake view.

Junior Suite with Hot Tub Our adult only Junior Suites offer a private balcony with a two person only hot tub where you can relax and unwind. Extra beds are not permitted in hot tub rooms. Enjoy a 40 inch flat screen TV, free Wi-Fi and a large comfortable bed (minimum 5ft king size bed). These rooms look towards our spa and parking lot, they do not have a lake view.

Ground Floor Double Room Enjoy a large flat screen TV, free Wi-Fi and a large comfortable super king-size bed . Please note the view from these ground floor rooms is of the car park and towards the spa.

Each with their own unique character our Junior Suites have been furnished with super king-size beds, each with a lounge area and views of Lake Windermere.

Enjoy 40-inch flat-screen TV and free Wi-Fi. Most can have a z-bed put into them at an additional charge of GBP 30 per night, please call to arrange.

Our double rooms with direct access to Lakes Spa are located in the same building as Lakes Spa with a small seating area and large comfortable king size bed. Access to the room is from the car park.
