Safety and cleanliness are always number one when I look for a place to stay. It was perfect. The thing I wasn’t expecting was such a warm welcome and the comfort that comes when employees are exemplary at the work they perform. Loranna at the front desk was happy, efficient and when explaining about how they do breakfast told us she’d be making it for us. That got my attention because we had checked in late. When I asked her about her work hours surprised that she’d be back at it so soon, she simply smiled and said, “I love working in the kitchen.” I believed her. My husband and I looked forward to having breakfast the next morning. Loranna wasn’t the only one there first thing, I got up early to do laundry and the Manager Trinity was already on staff. I knew him, not by a name tag but by the way he was dressed and presented himself. Happy, working, supporting the kitchen, front desk, and the arriving housekeeping staff. The decor in lobby was welcoming and nice. Our room was well appointed, comfortable and clean. Recommendations for dinner were spot on. Breakfast was as delightful as we had anticipated. The only hiccup was the dryer in the laundry room wasn’t working properly. When I asked a housekeeping employee what my options where about getting my clothes dry he went right to the hotel manager, who came right to the laundry room, checked the back of the dryer to make sure it was venting properly and assess the problem. He offered first to pay for more time to the dryer, when I knew that wouldn’t solve my problem I declined his offer. Instead of leaving it be, he offered to take my laundry to the hotel facility and he actually dried and returned them to us?! Wow. Just Wow. Were we happy with our visit? 100%. 10/10 across the board!

The lady at the front desk was incredibly friendly. The room was spacious. The pool was clean and fun and offered multiple amenities (I.e., hot tub and sauna). Check out time wasn’t until 12pm which makes a huge difference. Offered a cooked breakfast until 9am. Overall, awesome experience.

The only complaint I have is the floors in the room and the cleanliness of the shower. The floors were super greasy and dirty and the shower had quite a bit of hair in it. Other than that, the experience was awesome.

Large pet friendly room with very comfortable beds, and a wonderful made to order breakfast!

At checkin I was told the $25 pet fee was a one time fee, but it ended up being a nightly fee. There is no elevator and I couldn’t find a posted checkout time so, I had to ask the front desk. Wish the breakfast room had trays to use. Cleanliness was lacking, but understandable with the amount of time the housekeepers get in each room.

Clean comfortable lots of facilities. Everything you could need or want for an independent stay. Excellent breakfast cooked to order plus all other breakfast foods. Coffee . Fridge. Ice and free laundry facilities. Indoor pool etc. Lovely friendly welcome. I made z mistake booking the double room for one person instead of the two of us but fortunately we were allowed 2 vouchers for breakfast.

The location was great being right off I-94. The staff, especially Carol, was super friendly and helpful. When we got into our room the a/c wouldn’t come on. Carol immediately offered to move us and then on the new room when the fridge didn’t have a freezer compartment she offered to put my medicine in their freezer at the front. And a cooked to order breakfast!!!

I don't have anything bad to say about staying here. Staff was amazing, rooms were clean and actually had some space, beds were comfortable, shower was good, and our room and the hallways didn't smell of cigarettes or weed!!! It was very quiet. And the breakfast was great! Will stay here again!

The coffee could have been better. The coffee maker inside the room with the little disks is awful. If there was a Keurig in the room, I could have used better coffee. The coffee in the breakfast room was not a lot better. But I'm a coffee snob. The free breakfast was just OK. Paper thin bacon and cremated hash browns kind of ruined things. But we do appreciate that it was free.

Breakfast was great the breakfast staff was so kind and amazing. And we enjoyed the fresh made option.

The evening staff and the housekeepers that were getting off shift were not helpful or have any costumer service skills what so ever. We will be back to stay again. We enjoyed the hotel. It was clean.

The breakfast was very good, the hotel was very clean and well maintained. Our room was very good; king bed, large room, 2 tv's, clean, and lots of towels provided at day 1.

I thought the pet fee of $25/night was a premium price given that I have a small, non-shedding dog.

Comfortable bed and quiet large room. Good breakfast cooked to order. Near train but not much noise at night. No noisy car doors or noise outside.

Hard to find parking with trailer after early call to confirm option. People took up extra space in lot.
