The rooms are clean, comfortable and quiet. Plus the Baymont allows my 23 year old cat to stay with me. Furthermore the Baymont offers a good free breakfast as well as a free washer and a dryer. The Baymont has a nice pool that is well maintained. There are lots of grassy areas for people to walk their dogs. My cat likes to look out the sliding glass door and watch the birds.

I wish the Baymont had a elevator. The one time I had a room on the 2nd floor, going up the stairs was tiring.

it was close to everything I needed. beds were fairly comfortable, we really liked the pillows and we had extras in the room. breakfast was served from 6-9

I didn’t like the fact that the lady acted like I had just booked my room when I booked 3 weeks prior to staying. I booked a king room and was told once I got there that they didn’t have any king rooms and I could only get a room with a double bed and I was still charged the same price. the hotel needed a little upgrading. the whole second floor smelled like weed, the bathroom was tiny the door was almost bumping the toilet the toilet would run off and on and if you were in the shower while it happened, which it happened several times while we showered the water would get so hot that it burned you. parts of the hotel could definitely use some bleach. I’m not a picky person I just thought I’d be honest about it for the ones who may be.

I liked the beds were comfortable.The staff was friendly and helpful.

I hated the first night. The room was not clean. I think they gave me a pet room. Was smelly, hole in the wall, not appealing. Next night was able to change rooms. This room clean comfortable.

It would be wonderful to have more vegetarian breakfast options. Adding this variety would make the experience even better for guests with dietary preferences

Location was good, beds clean and comfortable

outdated, lamp had to be plugged in and pulled out to work, cleanliness needed help especially in the bathroom with mold on the ceiling and in the shower area. In the hallways slight odor thinking the rugs

Staff lady was very nice - she helped us by coming and checking the door lock issue as well made sure we were comfortable. My wife really felt awesome , because of her extra gesture !!! 3 cheers for staff

Loved that pets were free and they were so welcoming after being 3 hrs late to check in.

Tub could been a little bit more cleaner than it was but honestly still decent.

It was clean and the staff friendly.

We had a disturbance at night that was very scary. It is no reflection of the staff. They handled it great.
