The front view was beautiful, I just wish I had been on the front side!

When I went to check in the girl at the front desk was on the phone and didn’t even acknowledge me. I did not know that it was another customer that had questions until I heard her say that you will have to call booking.com about that which was about 4 to 5 minutes after I had went in.

The staff was nice and helpful. The lady that cleaned our room was super. She checked on us, made sure we had what we needed, and kept the place very clean. Rooms are cutely decorated but are starting to get run down.

They say they offer hot breakfast but it was far below standard for saying that. Putting a box of cornflakes on the table, no butter for the frozen toater waffles, muffins, and processed eggs out does not qualify. Then, if you got down there after 7 am, it was pretty much gone. It was sad.

The pool was very clean and taken care of of. The breakfast was good and the rooms were clean, very comfortable beds.

Furniture needs updating, the room that we were in #222 needs the door fixed bc it was very hard to get into. The stairs need to be redone.

Breakfast was not good at all , Dining room on Sunday morning was dirty from a party the night before. They had a blowup kids thing set up in it on Saturday afternoon.

The staff were Terrific. Location was Great , room was clean !

The only thing wrong with breakfast. There was no butter or jelly . There were no napkins or papertowels. I wanted to clean up after myself and couldn't.

Location was great and the room was very clean. The property was in need of repair on the outside but the interior was really clean.

All was good, no complaints

Breakfast was a lot better than hotels of this price level. The pool was also nice.

The rooms have a variety of cleanliness level in this place. At first we were given a roam at the back side, smelled humid and there were roaches (2 dead in bathroom, two alive, around the fridge), then we asked for a change, we were given a very clean room and the mountain view was a bonus, it became more than value for the price. If you book here, book early and ask for rooms on the front side.

Comfortable clean room and lobby

Room didn’t have washcloths when we got to the room, call down to front desk and they didn’t have access to them, waited about 1 hour before being delivered 2 washcloths.

Everything was great.

The parking lot on the back side needs to be able to let water run off of it. It rained the whole 2 1/2 days I was there, and I had to park and walk through water puddles.

It was a perfect place for the business stay. The staff was polite and the room was clean and comfortable. Good price. Thank you for having an elevator.
