Everything was as expected the heat thermostats weren’t working properly because it was extremely hot even though you tried to turn the thermostat down. It still stayed at the same temperature had maintenance come and look at it and still no change.

The dogs barking across the hall constantly all night, long all day, long barking barking barking when asked about it. They said that the barking floor the dog floor was full and so they had to put the Pets down on the second floor. Well, I’m sorry you just inconvenienced the people that didn’t want to hear dogs.

Actually I did NOT request a quiet room, however I did comment that it was nice and quiet. Just assumed that was because we were on the 4th floor. My request, if you really call it that, was that we would not be arriving until 11pm

Staff needs to learn how to make coffee!! The only coffee available in my room was 4 packets, ALL DECAF...YUCK! Then the coffee in the lobby was not marked as regular or decaf...just a crap shoot I guess?? The one pot was marked 'dark' however it looked like VERY weak tea and tasted like flavored water....Otherwise breakfast was fine, but coffee is very important! I understand that this hotel allows pets, but I do NOT feel that they should be allowed in the room where the breakfast is located! It gets crowded and they are in the way or people are holding small dogs right OVER the food where the rest of us are supposed to eat from....EWWWW!!!!

the property was very nice.

the only problem i had was that i booked this for my 19 year old daughter. i called 3 separate times to confirm the check in age, i was told 18 every time. On the day my daughter arrived they said she couldn’t check in because the check in age was 21. As my daughter was there waiting, the person on the phone said i had to wait so they could check in other people? as if my daughter wasn’t trying to check in as well. After about 30 minutes they finally let her check in.

It was nice looking. Nice breakfast and breakfast lady.

The elevator smelled like pot, there was soda or some thing spilled all over the floor by the lounge elevators, kids were running up and down the hallways after 10pm. The same garbage that was outside 3 guests doors at 9:30 pm when we arrived was still outside their doors the next morning. There were no luggage carts when we checked in or out. That isn’t cool at all.

This is our 4th stay at this property. We have made it our go to place to stay. This visit was just an overnight. The breakfast is usually top notch. The rooms were still clean, location is still great. It is close to Adventureland, gambling, shopping, a movie theater and variety of places to eat (Chain and Mom and pop places)!

We were a little disappointed in this stay unfortunately. We would have to rate this visit subpar at best. The lobby looked as it was in need of a good dusting. Back entry near the pool had muddy tracks all over. It had been raining, but I was surprised that it wasn't immediately cleaned up. The breakfast was disappointing. Dried out items that looked like they had been sitting since 6 A.M. with no refill of any the items shortly after 8 A.M. The staff which is usually very friendly seemed preoccupied or worn-out. Not sure if the decline in standards is a staffing issue, but I know they have done better.

Beautiful, large comfortable room, well planned, shower spacious and great, plenty of room.

We requested top floor with no one above us. We were given floor three with the fourth above us. Just as we were falling asleep someone above us came into their room, keeping us awake. The toilet lid and tank top on the toilet was not clean. There was a soft area on the floor by the toilet. Scary. Breakfast was okay. Coffee better that most hotels.

Staff was fantastic all three days. Breakfast was well maintained. Bed was very comfy (I’m picky). Our room smelled brand new it was delightful. Location was great even with us having to go downtown every day.

Not much for shampoo/soap/conditioner compared to most hotels. Can hear people above but it wasn’t terrible. Overall i would absolutely stay there again!

The breakfast was good. They had eggs and sausages and hash browns as well as the standard continental fare. We had to be finished serving ourselves by the end of breakfast time, as they closed the door to the serving section promptly at 9:30. However, they did have food right up to closing time. (And coffee was available in the lobby.) There was a fridge and microwave in the room.

The room fridge did not have a freezer section, so we couldn't re-freeze our ice-pack. They only gave us one little bar of soap; it would have been nice to have one for the sink and one for the shower.

Wonderful hot food, eggs,sausage, hash browns, bagels….. it was a complete and hearty breakfast! Coffee was great too! Really loved the staff! So friendly and ready to help with anything. They really were special. This La Quinta was the best one I’ve ever been to! I’ve been to many! They even made my dog welcome!

Although the room was very clean, nicely decorated, fully stocked with towels, coffee extras, soaps shampoos ect.. the very thin see through drapes in the windows let in the obnoxious, glaring Casino light in from across the street. Made it very hard to sleep.

Our room was bigger, nicer, and cleaner than expected. The hotel staff were accommodating. It was very easy to check in and out. There was a fridge and microwave in our room which was nice.

The breakfast was sparse and minimal but got the job done. I wish the TVs were a bit better. It would have been extra nice if there was ice cream for sale in the little corner store by reception.
