The breakfast assortment was great! It had a few unexpected awesome extras like the yogurt bar and Pancake maker. The room was in pretty good shape and we enjoyed the pool when it was open.

The room was a bit of a tight fit, with the beds dominating the spaces and not a lot of room to maneuver. The sensor lights under the beds were very bright and while it was nice at times to be able to see well, it was quite blinding when anyone got up to use the bathroom in the middle of the night.

Great hot breakfast with plenty of choices like fresh fruit.

Could not understand the language of the front desk people when we checked in. I don't know where they are from or what language they speak but their english was not good at all. I could not understand the lady at all and then a man came and he wasn't much better. When we checked out, the (white) lady in the morning was very helpful and easy to understand. Not predigest but just telling it like it is!

Breakfast was good. An uncommon feature in most budget American hotels. That is more of a European feature. It's great because it saves a family from having to pay for an additional meal per day in a restaurant.

The a/c was a window mounted unit. It blew mostly warm, musty air. Luckily, the nightly temps were cool and the windows were screened so we opened them at night and shut off the a/c. It was cool and fresh air. Great for sleeping.

The staff was great! We had a chance to meet the owner who was really nice. The front desk was super helpful and the manager TIFFANY was the absolute BEST! The beds were comfortable, breakfast was good and the location is great. It’s centrally located to lots restaurants and stores.

The parking was limited and the rooms are small and a little dated BUT they are in the process of doing some serious upgrades.

The location was great!! The staff was so nice and we got to check in early!! The breakfast was delicious too!! The long pool hours were nice too!! Nice hot water for showering!!!

The pillows were too small and the fire/smoke detector that was beeping on the 2nd floor all night(must've been low battery)

Rooms have been updated and there are plenty of lights, charging stations and outlets. My room was very clean, quiet, very hot water and good shower pressure.

The gym didn’t open until 7 am. I respect the need for quiet for guests on the first floor, but 7 am was way too late for me.

Very clean and updated. Lots of good features in the room. Pool was clean and well maintained. Breakfast was good, fresh with lots of variety. Great location with lots of shopping and restaurants nearby and literally across the street from Adventureland.

Only complaint is the trash can was very small

Ease of check-in, friendliness of staff, cleanliness of room. Parking was plentiful. The breakfast was outstanding!

I felt that it was a bit high priced for the room that we got. I understand that the location is prime, especially with Adventureland right there and the NASCAR race happening 45 minutes away.

Room decoration and furniture was very nice. Staff was excellent. Great location and having 2 restaurants next door was very nice. I Anna C.

I did not know they were putting a hold on my credit card for $200 for incidentals I would have planned differently if I knew that.

STAFF: So very kind and helpful right from the start. Easy pre-check in made it much quicker to get our room key. ROOM: Very clean and a great value. Ugly carpet is about the only negative I have for our entire stay. Microwave, mini fridge, coffee maker, hair dryer and the usual toiletries. Excellent maid service! So sweet and helpful. THE POOL: It bears repeating. THE POOL: It's an adult-who-suffers-from-joint-pain's dream. Salt water as warm as a bathtub. Only thing missing is the Calgon. It's a small pool but not too small to have fun. Goes to 5 ft and has steps for old people like me. BREAKFAST: Pretty typical hotel fare except that it was fully stocked and immaculate and one of the many staff members was there being helpful and attentive. They have a Jetson's style pancake maker that was really cool. You can watch the machine make and cook you 2 perfect cakes and drop them on your plate. They also have a big pot of oats with toppings including sliced almonds. So good. In conclusion, my kids/grandkids moved to Iowa a few years back and I've finally found my go to hotel. Fantastic stay!

Seriously just the carpet and they're clearly working on the place so that will be of the past eventually
