Clean room and comfortable bed.

The shower grout was dirty and grimy around the caulking. There were glass cups in the bathroom, but nothing for a child. I reserved a king room that the website, Booking.com listed as accommodating my child with a sofa bed, but was given a king room with no sofa. They did accommodate with a roll away bed after trying to convince me to take 2 Queens room. If I wanted a Queen room I would have reserved it.

Rooms were spacious, clean, safe location, nice staff, easy location, beds were so comfortable

We could get a couple scoops of ice one day and told we had to buy ice the next day. Our shower drain was totally clogged with hair (gross) and a 50 dollar pet fee turned into a 700 charge on my card. Was told it was a mistake or mixup but have to wait for it to be reversed

I liked the atmosphere and the location relative to the activities we participated in. I liked that we were able to have our grandchildren come and swim with us in the pool. The water was a little too cold, but kids are used to freezing when they go to swimming pools. They just like to swim and play and that is what we did. The staff was really accommodating, cheerful, and friendly.

I was disappointed that the hot tub/jacuzzi was filled in and not operational. There wasn't enough handicapped parking.

Very clean facility. Staff was amazingly friendly from the front desk to the lobby bar staff. Hotel cares about their guest. Loved the fruit infused water available daily

Parking was the only issue. It was understandable as the balloon fiesta brought lots of people

I did not use the Wi-Fi and i did not eat breakfast and did nt do anything with the Business center so i can't rate them but the location was great and the service was good.

The noise it was like going to a race track with someone driving by with load mufflers and someone that kept opening the door was loud.

The location was nice and clean. I liked the idea there was lighting in the parking lot all around the building! The inside and outside was very clean and it made me feel good to know that the faculty took pride in where they work.

Our stay there was nice. Didn't really run into anything bad.

Very nice person behind the front desk- I think his name was Matt and he explained that the hotel was booked full and I could not stay another night- but he got me a good deal at the Marriot down the street

They need to expand their dining area.

Location was brilliant, facilities were great, and the cleaning staff were very good.

There was no hot tub even though it was advertised, this has been removed by the hotel. The hotel incorrectly charged me $2,200 on checkin as they had not yet been paid by booking.com which was to the detriment of me, your guest. So not happy with booking.com and the service they provided as they left us in a poor position.

The experience at this hotel was extremely pleasant during our stay. Staff was welcoming and the hotel itself was amazing with a Starbucks located inside. We would definitely stay here again.

Not much to dislike about this place. Everything was to a standard.

Comfortable bed,

The bathroom was too small. Stepping in and out of the shower was deceiving. I could step in with no trouble stepping out there is a very noticeable difference in height stepping out. My husband told me to be careful stepping out.
