the Staff was very helpful and friendly. We arrived after midnight and it was no problem at all. We also could stay longer and checked out at 2 pm, as our plane left in the afternoon - we were very happy they could accomodate us. They have a wonderful place to sit outside at the pool and relax.

After reading reviews and the answering of the questions, we were astonished that the Breakfast buffet was around 20 US$ per person. We also were unable to find the Airport shuttle pickup when we arrived, as I contacted the hotel before, we got told Gate 4, every half hour, and we waited for close to an hour, when we decided to take a taxi, arriving that late at night, we couldn't phone as it went to an answering machine. Once we arrived the staff was super nice and helpful.

The location is great, close to the airport but very quiet! The hotel has all facilities and amenities. The rooms are spacious and very clean. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Internet is stabil and fast. My room had a small balcony to overlook the garden! They have an outdoor pool and a gym. There is a restaurant and coffee bar and a "real" bar for the evening if you feel like having a beer or tequila. Overall a very good experience!

Nothing comes to mind! There was one tiny little thing: Their pillows are very beautiful to look at and super comfy, if you want to use them as a backrest, but they are a bit too big and bulky to sleep comfortable. Since science suggest to sleep rather flat (better for your spine they say), I slept rather flat :-))

Dear pet owners Please take the time to read my full review. I am half Canadian and half Mexican, for me my 2 beautiful Yorkshires are my family. I am glad that I was able to find a spot for my furry friends. This hotel is well known for their hospitality, I had the best experience so far in Mexico City. I had started in all the hotels near by the airport and this is the only one that I could call home.

They told me that I payed a pet fee but there was nothing extra for them like grooming or menu.

It was very busy it was not clear for me where to wait for the shuttle from the airport. And they do not pick up the phone after 10 pm. It was very unsettling not to know if on arrival we could wait for the shuttle, since it was after 10 pm we could not get information. They should improve info in their site about shuttle. Restaurant was closed too. There is no nearby place to buy food at night.

Hi the room was perfect my only concern is, that the server at the restaurant was his name Christian at diner the best awesome great but the server the day after for breakfast I didn't know who it was never approach to the table no service we just went to the Buffett no drinks no coffe nothing at the end we just walked to the cashier to pay for our breakfast and were very disappointed, but would like to recognize the chef at the kitchen omelette awesome thanks for that at the fronk desk the lady very nice lady didn't know her name but she got my wife especial shampoo thanks 🙏🙏

The breakfast buffet service or server at least good morning and offered a coffee tea or something but really the service for breakfast very bad we were very disappointed I'm sorry but is the truth bring Christian from pm to morning also his the best, thanks to him thanks 🙏🙏🙏🙏

Jessica, MOD, and Enrique were absolutely fabulous in helping us resolve a very unpleasant situation with one of the "not so finest taxi drivers". the outcome was not the greatest but they were instrumental in negotiations to end it. Room was great, didn't even know there was an airport nearby, buyt sure heard the "jake brake" trucks through the night. We would definitely stay here if in the area again.

Very close to the airport so very convenient if flying out of town with a short transit in CDMX. Restaurant on site.

Food is quite pricey in the restaurant. While the airport shuttle is very convenient, make sure to be there early depending on your flight time plus know that people will not wait in line but just jump ahead of you so even if you are the first one there, you may have to wait for another shuttle- this happened to us and the staff don’t really say anything. Luckily the next shuttle came within 10 minutes and we had plenty of time for our flight, but it is still upsetting when you have been patiently waiting and are there on time for something like this to happen.

A good place, very close to airport with free shuttle every 30 mins. Extremely nice staff - Enrique particularly helpful and kind. Room was comfortable. Food in restaurant fine.

I arrived several hours before check in so had lunch in the restaurant. I tried to check in at 2.50pm, 10 minutes before check in time, and was told I couldn’t. There was no queue at the time. They made me wait until 3pm, at which point there was a queue of 10 people. A waste of my time and everyone other guest trying to check in. At least let me do all the paperwork and pay early then come give me my key at 3pm to avoid this frustration for guests.

Perfect for one night between flights! Comfy room and bed, friendly staff. At 430 AM there were a bunch of us in the Lobby waiting for the transport bus to the Airport, I was worried that there was not space. Not to worry, there were FOUR busses, room for all :) I had some time, and so found a fun local restaurant to walk to, about 10 minutes away.

Well, to be expected is that this is a dense city area, so you definitely do not stay here for the views!
