The staff are the best of the best and deserve appreciation and respect because of their excellent treatment of visitors and their efforts to help. The hotel's location is close to the center of the city and the lake, meaning that you don’t have to worry about restaurants, food, drinks, groceries and shopping stores. The rooms are cleaned all the time and there is enough space. Good activities and sports you can enjoy surrounding the area. I extended my stay for more nights because of the wonderful environment in the hotel. I highly recommend the hotel to everyone to enjoy the vacation.

Would be good to have some more normal food options other than the very nice but posh gourmet food for dinners . Also unfortunately the town of Zell am See has changed not for the better with the type of tourist that now visit it , it is no longer a typical Austrian town

Our stay there was like a dream !! Great view and very luxury rooms !! The staying inside the room it self was giving a very good relaxing mode !! Really I can not forget my stay in this sweet luxury hotel ! And I must give special thanks to Mrs Allena !! I hope I mentioned the name correctly you !! She did all the best for us since we made the check in till the check out !! I recommend this hotel for every one looking for special memories in Zell am see without any negative issue all the vibes was too positive

Everything was perfect the staff especially Tamara and Katrina they are very cooperative and always have beautiful smiles the hotel beautiful clean and has almost all the required facilities.

Great Hotel with great spa, indoor and outdoor pool and wellness. Everything was beauty. Exceptional Breakfast! Lovely and helpful staff. Good location near lake, center and station.

In Dinner there was limited options. Buffet with your own choice and takes would be appreciated. Almost everyday was same meL.

I was quite happy with the spa area and the distance to the ski-lifts. Breakfast had a lot of healthy and fresh options, which was quite helpful for me to get through the day. Additionally, hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They were always there to help wherever they can.

It is THE best hotel in the area, right next to the downtown area and restaurants, but just a bit far from the best skiing area, which is Kaprun.

Amazing Amazing hotel. Huge room, wonderful swimming pools and SPA, food was Perfect, location is ideal and very close to both the lake and the old town, and the staff are super helpful and smiling all the time. One of our best vacations
