Apartment is in a very good location, in the centre of the town. It is spacious and comfortable. It has everything you need in the kitchen, it's clean and has a nice view from the window.

When husband and I first checked in we have got a key to an apartment which was not clean, there was a garbbage on the kitchen floor, wet and filthy towels on the bathroom floor, tv was on, beds unmade, and room was smelly which means somebody was smoking even if it's prohibited. Later, when we complained, we have got new keys with new apartment which was, fortunatelly, clean.

Adequate and high-quality breakfast (purchased separately), although parking was announced directly at the hotel for a fee of 15 Euros per day, they did not want to pay anything upon departure. Nice, large apartment absolutely sufficient for 3 people, well-equipped kitchenette, daily cleaning, available and included wellness (Finnish sauna, bio sauna, steam sauna, whirlpool)

Some apartments are located overlooking the street bar, where there was a lot of noise until late at night (not suitable for families with children). Relatively complicated arrival to the hotel parking (the hotel is in a pedestrian zone) and the hotel's instructions lack an accurate navigation map. We ourselves stopped after riding around the pedestrian zone for half an hour, walked to the hotel, where they explained to us how to get there by car :-)

Superb! Great location, beautiful restaurant and super helpful and nice staff. Continental breakfast was very good.

Room was quite standard. Fridge a bit loud as the sofa bed is right next to it. Dragging noise of chairs and other furniture come through quite loud.

Nice size apartment, plenty of space

The position of our apartment meant we overlooked a bar with a large outside space. On the Saturday night there was a lot of noise until after 1am, unfortunately. Having said that, the bar was closed on the Sunday, so perfectly quiet that night (our last night)

The location was excellent. The staff were friendly and outdoor bar area was very nice with live music some nights. The apartment was very spacious. The summer card was a great benefit.

The sofa bed for sleeping needs to be upgraded to a more comfortable bigger bed with better soft furnishings. The kitchen equipment for cooking a meal was limited with only one small pot and not enough cutlery and no household cleaning supplies no hand wash no dishwasher tablets etc.

The staff were amazing, very friendly and accomodating. They were very helpful with allowing us to store our baggage after check out, and the ski storage room with boot warmers was great. The location was amazing- very close to the main bus stop, train station, lake and lots of bars and restaurants. The apartment was spacious and clean with lots of storage. It was great to have a kitchenette including dishwasher.

It was a bit loud at night due to the nearby bars, although this would be expected given the great location.

Great location, walkable distance from the bus stop and all the amenities. Very friendly staff and clean environment. Underground spa with all necessity and some snacks. We strongly recommend!

The location was great . Being able to walk to ski lift and out to restaurants nice spa but whirlpool was out of action

Great place in the city center of Zell am See, the apartament was very spacious, beds were comfortable and there were all necessary fittings for a stay. It was nice and clean. Wellnes center both in the hotel and in the sister center were nice.

We travelled in Cella Central off season so unfortunately there was no breakfast available. We had an apartment which was very spacious and very clean. In the building was also a beautiful spa, small but has everything you need!

Downstairs from the apartments is a bar that plays VERY loud music everyday until 2-3 am. They even have microphones so its not only the music but the microphone screaming as well. very uncomfortable
