Very very clean. Nice big room with loveseat. Fresh paint. New bedspread. No cover-up scents. Not fancy but a great place to get a good night's sleep. Great value - I had a really nice breakfast with money saved on hotel bill! No breakfast there, but there is a coffee pot, microwave and fridge.

It's easy to get to, but if you want to go somewhere close to eat, (not get on the interstate again) it's a little tricky. The frontage roads are all one way, and then it seems like there weren't many ways to get back over or under the interstate.

Access to parking right in front of room. Room was also double in size from our expectations which was lovely! Location was close to restaurants but in an industrial area. Even though west memphis is known to be a rougher area, we were only 10 mins away from downtown memphis and midtown. Traveled with a service dog and was given no issues. Lots of green grass around the room/hotel. Very good value for money and budget. Best in memphis area for this price point.

West Memphis is technically in Arkansas which was a surprise but no major issue. However West Memphis is not the best/safest area, be mindful of leaving valuable in car/walking alone at night. Hotel area felt safe if you mind your own business you will be fine. Room was clearly outdated with old furniture. Carpet was a bit sticky. If you are driving in, i recommend bringing some of your own linen and slippers.

We had asked for a first floor room and we did receive it!!! Location, grounds, room, were all very good. We slept well and would definitely consider going back to this motel.

We had a terrible time finding the motel. It took us around forty minutes of driving around, calling the motel, stopping at different places asking for directions trying to get there. The one way roads in the vicinity really complicated finding the motel. Better, more detailed directions ahead of the trip there would definitely have helped!

The room was nice, a breakfast or pool would have been nice touches, but the staff were friendly, the room was a good value and spacious, and it was close enough to downtown Memphis that I could get there with a 10 min drive.

The room was very clean and tastefully decorated. Everything seem updated, such as the carpet, bed linens, refrigerator, and air conditioning unit. We had a top floor and experienced a quiet night of rest. I had never stayed at a Homegate before, but it had a better rating than many of the big name hotel chains. I will definitely keep this property in mind for our next trip in that direction.

The only improvement would have been an elevator, but luckily, it was only 2 stories!

Arrived at 2 in the morning. Moved our room from the 2nd floor to the first floor; my wife had a badly sprained ankle and couldn't climb stairs. Staff was exceptionally accommodating for extra towels and extra pillows. Rooms were large, clean and satisfactory in every way. No breakfast, but I knew that when I made the reservation. We would definitely stay there again.

There was a nice coffee maker, but the coffee packets were for a different style and didn't work very well. A Pilot station was nearby that had a "grind for each cup" machine so that wasn't a big issue. I've not had much luck with in-room coffee makers at any hotel, so I probably wouldn't have used it anyway.

This motel is cleaner and more fresh and contemporary than many hotels. We were very impressed from the moment We arrived. The staff was friendly, the room was immaculate, and the parking lot was well lit. (The latter especially matters when your daughter’s belongings are packed in the back of a vehicle for a cross-country move.)

No complaints or suggestions.

It was the complete opposite of that HORRIBLE Motel 6 I stayed the night b4. It smelled good, everything was clean and it was a smoking room that didn’t smell like smoke. I loved it and will stay there the next I’m in Memphis

There was literally nothing wrong with room, the only I can say bad about it was very minor and that was the toilet seat would stay up when I went to urinate but that was it ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The entire property was great. I chose this one for the ability to park in front of my room. The staff was excellent and helped me get the first floor room. It was very clean and everything worked. The bed was soft. I am glad I stayed there.

Finding the property was difficult. The driving directions on booking had me on the wrong side of the 40. The turn into the property wasn't very clear and was on the hill. Maybe a larger sign at the entrance would help.

They let me check in early without hesitation. Fully equipped room (desk, chair, love seat, coffee table, dresser, 2 bedside tables, TV, fridge/freezer, microwave, iron/board, hair dryer) clean, comfortable, love seat was outdated but the rest was current

Only thing I didn't care for were all 4 pillows were very flimsy, kinda flat. Made it impossible to prop yourself up to watch TV 😉
