I was greeted with my name on the TV as with the other TRU properties I stayed at on this trip. My room was clean and welcoming. Stay was super inviting and welcoming. Bfast in the morning was hot and bountiful and delicious. I would recommend this to others passing through or on visit to the casino across I-40.

There wasn't any parking accommodations for my truck/12ft trailer rig. i had to take up about 5 parking spots to keep my rig safe on premises. Also, there wasn't any food/restaurants on premises or within walking distance of this property. HWY i-40 was separating this property from the casino and any dinner options weren't close. Ended up ordering food for delivery for dinner.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. Most of the staff were nice. Breakfast was good but could have more vegetarian and healthy options.

The tiles in both the bathroom and by the pool were super slippery. I almost slipped when I was walking in both places. Someone must have put the wrong kind of tiles down. These are an accident waiting to happen.

Shawna was very friendly as well as all the staff. She took the time to discuss local attractions and gave us list of places to eat and that deliver food. Also shared the Hilton Honors app and shared about the app. Great place to stay with easy access to interstate and casino.

The pool looked cloudy the first night. There needs to be benches outside in front and in back of hotel. A cozy seating space with a fire pit and TV would be nice.

We loved the breakfast selection, the atmosphere, the staff was wonderful, and the beds were very comfortable.

I didnt like the times your pool was open. It would have been nice if it would have been open at 6am (adults only time). Because we were gone all day and i wasnt able to use it.

There is on 1 chair in the room , that's not good if it's 2 people in the room..and there's no microwave in the room..when you wanna heat something up you have to go downstairs by the front desk and use the microwave ( suppose it's late at night ) you have to put clothes on to do so.

I really liked the family-friendly atmosphere . It was very clean and fresh when I walked into the lobby. The open setup of the hotel room. I loved that my name appeared on the TV when we entered the room.

My toilet was stopped up, so when I flushed it, Waterworld came up to the rim. Which freeked me out!

The hotel was very clean and inviting with a helpful staff. The hall way smelled amazing and were very clean. The coffee in the morning was an extra bounce.

I schedule for a very late check in and put a card down for a deposit. I wanted to use another card as payment when I checked in however the charged my deposit card before I got there and couldn’t fix the mistake. Anther than that I will be staying there again.

Positives outweigh the one negative! Beautiful hotel. Comfortable bed, pillows. Spacious shower and bathroom. My kids loved the fact that the tv was on with a welcome message as we walked into our room.

The parking lot is smaller, especially since there were several trucks with trailers and moving trucks taking up several parking spaces.

The hotel staff was very friendly. The breakfast was very good. The lobby and dining area was nice and clean. Our room was very nice with cold air.

We have nothing negative to say about the hotel. We had a very nice stay.

I love the bed very comfortable, the shower excellent, the cleanness of the room excellent, the down stairs lobby excellent. My overall experience was an 10 all the way around. I would stay again. Thank you.

I don't think there was any thing that I didn't like.
