The staff were excellent, as was the location, if you didn’t come by car.It was clean and the room and bathroom were very pleasant

It is not accessible by car and we had booked there purely because it offered parking and an EV charging point. The hotel notified us after booking that the parking was off-site and the hotel has pedestrian access only, so this was more a problem of Booking.com than of the hotel itself. Similarly the EV charger was in the public carpark and not available at the time of our stay. These points should have been clear on the Booking.com site before we booked.

The location is perfect, close to all what counts. The hotel is located in an old building of the historical center of the city, walking distance to a huge offer of restaurants and bars, shopping and site-seeing. Staff is great, extremely nice and helpful. The room was very spacious. The only disappointing part was the bed, not so comfy, including pillows and bed linen... Needs some upgrade.

Nothing, really. Just a tip: if you have a car, the hotel has an agreement with an underground parking close-by. Worth asking the reception before arrival to indicate you the name of the parking, you will save money and time - and will not have to struggle with traffic in that part of town.

The view of the cathedral was beautiful. The location was great. The complementary tissues and shoe polish were a nice touch. Breakfast was fine, and also had a lovely cathedral view. The room was clean and I appreciated the spare pillows and blanket in the cupboard. Staff members were all very nice. Overall, it was a good hotel to stay at for one night.

Nothing major, but a few details could be improved: The room didn't smell very nice. There were paint stains in the bathtub. The double-bed was small and positioned against the bathroom wall (only accessible from one side). That wasn't an issue for me as I was alone, but won't be very comfortable for a couple. A little noisy (noise coming from the corridor and the adjacent room).

The suite with the private garden in the annex was very charming. The location, while on a small quiet street, was steps from the Place de la Canourgue, St. Pierre, lively cafes, restaurants, and shops. Loved the overall atmosphere of where the hotel is situated.

The amenities were quite spare. Some basics such as slippers and toothbrush/toothpaste would have been great if they were made available upon request.

Really well located in the pedestrian area. Very quiet. My room had a view of the cathedral and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. The room had multiple sockets for UK and international plugs and some USB charging points as well which was a nice touch. The staff are friendly and very kind.

I didn’t really mind but the stair carpet does need to be replaced as it spoils the overall impression of a nice homely hotel.

The hotel is tucked away up a side street and has rather an unusual layout, but it's in an excellent location for sightseeing. The room was fine for a short stay and we could see and hear the church from our room. There's an amazing bakery just up the street!

There's no onsite parking, so you have to park in a public car park a short distance away and pay for parking.

Great location, loved being so close to the old town, shops, bars and restaurants within walking distance. Hotel was lovely. Staff super friendly, would definitely stay again.

Be aware that you cannot drive on the hotel of the road, you need to park in car park and walk across to hotel. Wasnt an issue but had to call and ask how to get to hotel. It was fine though as it was a 2 min walk.

Great location, brilliant boulanger just next store. Tram 2 mins away. Our room had a fab window that opened completely and it was so so quiet.....except for the church bells every hour!!

Very little not to like. The bells next door went every 15 mins from 8am to 9pm but you kinda get used to them!!

This is a good standard hotel in a very good location on the higher part of the city about a 10 min walk to the main square, Comédie. Public parking is close at Arc de Triumph just a few minutes walk. A parking discount is available through the hotel. Staff were very helpful and had good English,

We asked for a room with a view of the nearby church but it was on a low level with virtually no aspect to the church. The room standard was ok but a little tired.

The quietness, the view from room 32, the extreme helpfulness and friendliness and intelligence of the staff, especially Sophie and Juann, the location near the beautiful botanical garden of the school of medicine and the nearby restaurants. Room 32 was spacious and gracious. Bathroom of room 32 is a pearl. And the cost was reasonable.
