We had the most blissful time at Sanctuaria treehouses. Located an hour’s drive from the hubbub of Coron, we stayed within the peaceful and quiet nature in the treetops, and slept soundly to the sound of the tropical birds, geckos and lovemaking frogs. The treehouses are carefully and lovingly built, with large comfortable rooms, and terraces or verandas overlooking the breathtaking scenery a of tree lined bay and endless skies. You can choose to be in peaceful isolation or connect with other guests over communal dinners, warmly prepared by the charming staff team. The food was one of the most delicious we ate in the Philippines, and we made new friends from Australia, Germany and Wales, sharing food, cocktails and vibrant conversations together at night. The coolness of the beautiful pool while watching the sun set remains a precious gem in our memory palace. Host Brian organised private boat trips to places close to paradise, such as Pass Islands that offered solitude and the most breathtaking corals in a myriad of colours, and the chefs prepared a Picknick for us to eat on the beach. We felt beautifully cared for, Sanctuaria is a home away from home, a welcoming community, in heavenly surroundings, we are longing to go back. And we will! XXX Kathi, Ildikó and Izzy

This felt like a childhood dream to be able to stay in a treehouse. The building and location of these treehouses in the jungle is gorgeous. There are lots of spaces to chill out around and the accommodation had a private bathroom and balcony that wasn’t overlooked. The pool was a great way to cool down and there is a short path down to the mangroves. The food was tasty and the staff were very welcoming and friendly. They were very supportive as we were arranging our activities like hiring a scooter and exploring the island. There was a hive of activity from the jungle at night so it was nice to wake up and listen to the different sounds.
We loved this place and don’t have many comments for improvement - perhaps a softer mattress and another throw for the bed would be a good option.

A truly beautiful place to experience nature! The owner and staff are lovely and always helpful. Delicious breakfast and dinner with a great variety of choices. The property is lively with a couple of friendly dogs and cats. I loved cooling down in the pool or chilling in the bar area, which offers amazing views from both the bar and treehouse. Plus, you can walk to a waterfall or arrange tours for activities like a safari to feed giraffes, or visit Black Island and many other destinations. We’re so glad we booked the treehouse here and highly recommend experiencing such a personal and warm welcome!

I have taken WAY too long to write this review. The staff at Sancturia completely exceeded my expectations. Every single lady was a backbone to the operation. Brian the owner is an amazingly nice guy and everyone makes sure all of our needs are met at all times. We arranged a shuttle from Busanga Airport via Toyota Hilux. An extra fee added to your bill at the end of the trip. My partner and I stayed at this beautiful stay for 7 days and my brother met us for 3. We all shared the largest "family complex" and it was perfect for the three of us adults to relax and have some space. We had a three story bamboo treehouse with a thatched roof that was reinfornced for a variety of weather conditions. Bottom floor was a spacious bathroom (or comfort room) with a beautiful rock floor shower, with water provided from a local well. The well provided for fresh, flitered water that was safe to use for brushing teeth, etc. Next level was a deck furbised with two hammocks, a table, and two camping chairs. 3rd level was the bedroom with two bunk beds and some sheets, pillows, and cushions. The food made to order in the chicken was always fresh and perfect. We were there in beginning of February 2024 and the bugs were a NON issue. A few misquitos and geckos here and there. The only other animals are a few cats, dogs, and chickens that were an added treat of emtional support. Busuanga is a bit out of the main town (about an hour drive to Coron Town Proper. But the week away from the madness was just perfect for SCUBA diving and exploring the island via motorbike. There were loads of options and the staff would hook you up with any excursion or toy you want at the time. Also making sure you've always got a drink in your hand (if that's your style). Highly recomend staying at Sancturia. I was blown away and have made memories of a lifeime. I hope I can make it back to visit Brian and the wonderful ladies! ALL OF THEM DESERVE A RAISE ;) 1,000/10

Amazing spot, incredible view, delicious food, very quiet overnight perfect to sleep and rest. The place provides a honest/real tree house experience. Noise from other guests and staff do travel quite well. Our room was the smallest tree house so there weren’t any furniture inside the room and the bed was low. Probably next time would choose a bigger room with a normal high bed and some furniture (including in the bathroom- somewhere to put your stuff) Probably missed some more places to feel more comfortable (like chairs close to the pool or more comfortable furniture on the eating area)

We recently stayed at Sanctuaria Threehouses, and it was unforgettable. The stunning surroundings and attention to detail brought us to tears! The staff's warmth and hospitality made us feel like home, and the incredible view and cuisine, crafted with love and local flavors, is something we are still dreaming about. Honestly, we do not just want to return - we want to live there! Special shoutout to Brian, surprisingly normal yet exuding a Jedi-like calm. And a huge shoutout and thanks to Tin-Tin, Elsie, Richard and the rest of the team - your amazing "Yoda-ness" is bringing the place to perfection. To quote a galaxy far, far away: “This is the place we were looking for.” May the force be with you!

This was our first stop on a three week adventure and we are so pleased to have found it. The meals were exceptional, and had a good variety. We stayed 5 days in April and found that it was a nice amount of time for the visit. The staff assisted us to arrange two outings, and again - they were the the best snorkeling adventures on our whole trip to the Philippines. The Coral Gardens was the best underwater experience of my life - don't miss it - it made all other snorkeling experiences in El Nido to be just.... Mehhh in comparison! We found that one outing with a rest day between allowed us to see the area and to feel quite relaxed. Also took the kayak out for a little paddle through the mangroves. Grateful my partner has a good sense of direction as I would have been lost. We stayed in the hobbit house and enjoyed the AC! We as visitors must be understanding that water is brought in, so conservation is our responsibility too. I was nervous about drinking water on this trip, but didn't have any problems with the water provided. I also requested a massage, which was arranged and took place in one of the tree house platforms. It was a very lovely experience. I would highly recommend staying here, especially for those who appreciate nature, and those who enjoy a glamping type experience. They set the bar high for the rest of our vacation.
I don't have many suggestions for the place.

Stunning views, amazing treehouse which was spacious (no air-con but a great fan). The staff were friendly and helpful. They are constantly working on improving like creating a garden to grow more of their own vegetables. Lovely treehouse bar area for sunset drinks and food. Food is a little more pricey than other places but made up with the good portion sizes so value was good.
- It's remote and a little isolated, having your own transport (scooter) would be useful if you want to explore this side of the island more or eat elsewhere. Although I knew this and my plan was for a chilled final two days in the Philippines. But worth knowing if this isn't your plan.

Very nice place with a good view! The food was really good! And they organize transport & trips for you (for example Black Island). The bed was very comfortable and we did öike that our room and balcony was very private (cosmic room). Note: by tricycle it is 1,5h from coron (we payed 1700 pesos) and 30min. by car from the airport (1500 pesos)
The place has already seen it's best days...it needs more maintanance, the wood stairs were breaking, the roof was "crumbling" with termites. The net where you can lay in, was not looking safe anymore.

We cannot recommend the treehouse enough, we stayed in the kingsuite treehouse and there was ample space for 3 people. The views over the sea were stunning. On our arrival, we were greeted with iced tea, which was much needed in the Philippines heat! The staff were extremely attentive and cooked every night, changing the menu up daily - we can't fault the food, it was amazing. The girls always went out of their way to make sure we were looked after, we wanted a tour that wasn’t advertised on any of the leaflets and they organised this with a few hours notice for the next day. It is a very rustic experience so you need to expect some bugs and ghekos at night but it didn't bother us and we came away unscathed with bites!
