Our family enjoyed the lake views and the space of the unit. The pool was nice and close to our unit #107 - right outside the door basically. The kitchen was stocked with plates and pots and everything we needed to cook when we needed to. We had 2 kids (ages 9 and 7) and they loved the outdoor pool as well as the indoor pool. Having the indoor option was nice when it was a little chilly outside in the evenings and the kids still wanted to swim. The unit was clean and the bedding was very comfortable. The kids enjoyed sleeping in the sofa sleepers in the living room. The staff were so friendly! At check in and whenever we had any questions during our stay. The location is perfect for going out to dinner or shopping and close to everything the dells has to offer without being in the middle of all the traffic.

There are not very many negatives I could think of for this resort and our stay. Maybe the parking situation. We were only allowed 1 car to park in the parking lot. Extra cars had to park down the street at their overflow lot, which is first come first served. It would be nice if we could have 2 spaces. We ended up mostly using 1 car to get around town so it wasn't a big deal but definitely something to consider.

Loved staying in 602. On the quieter side of the property and during the weekdays we basically had the place to ourselves. The pools were both great for our kids, and not too crowded even on Saturday. Lakefront location is excellent, and a short drive to attractions. Having a kitchen saves a lot of money on meals.

The shower situation in 602, too small for the larger adults to even fit in the downstairs shower, and it was the only unit where decking hadn’t been replaced yet.

This place was great for a family on a. Budget . Pool was great when we used it the hot tub was hot and the indoor pool was great for being heated!! Our room was right next to the pool so that was a plus for us !

I called and asked or earlier checkin and still didn’t get that then gave me the room and they where still not done cleaning it lol the only thing that I wasn’t happy about was I booked a 2 queen room and king room and that’s not what I got! Then pullout bed sucks !

Great Family place, lots to do w/out having to leave, especially with younger kids. Great little beach, very clean & not weedy, even in August! Close to everything in the Dells. FABULOUS staff people!! Easy-going but fast to address any issues that come up. Our key reader didn't work & someone came immediately to fix it. They even had a nice life jacket for our little one as we forgot it.

Read in a review that the air conditioner was kinda gross and still not addressed but this was a privately owned unit, so unsure if it was just ours or not. Other than that it was very clean & cute place for a base camp for us!

The place was not a hotel. It is a condo. I rented a 2 bedroom 1 bath condo with a kitchen and living room. It exceeded my expectations for the price I paid. In the resort pic with the pool above I can see where I stayed. It is beautiful. I walk down and the pool is literally 5 steps away. When they say you can see the fireworks from the beach, they are DIRECTLY across the lake. And yes, you have a private beach and lake there as well. The condo is stocked with towels and dishware as well as pans if you choose to cook. The AC was wonderful. There was a wrap around balcony that we could have watched the fireworks from. They have 3 bedrooms if you have a larger family as well. I give this resort 5 stars. Save your money and go here. If you want to go to a water park, spend your money at Mt. Olympus but this was great. Relaxing and fun and close to downtown.

Very clean and quiet resort. The kids enjoyed the pool area and the beach. Great location not to far from attractions. The condo was a nice size for our family.

There were 3 grills at facility which were near our condo but they were broken and in bad shape. We were able to get one of them put together to be able to use. There were other grills available but much further from our condo at that point not worth cooking out. We went to the office to get towels and they didn't have any per staff she did give us laundry detergent so we could wash the ones we had.

This is my 4th time returning to Caribbean Resorts because my boys enjoy the pool accessibility and the comfortability of the size of the rooms and living space we get to stay in. It's nearby from all the places we like to visit.

Having 2 twin beds like we had gotten before in the past. I had 2 teenage boys and they would rather sleep in seperate beds, more comfortable.

Our condo looked right over the beach and out onto the lake. It was on the quieter side of the property, away from the pools and office. It was amazing! I was surprised at how peaceful and serene it was. I didn't realize I would be right by a beach but I was so happy. The beach is my happy place! Plus we sat on the end of the dock a few times in the chairs that were provided. That was a nice touch!

The condo was great. It was dim towards the front half but we didn't use that area often. We just used the room for sleeping. The view of the lake made up for it.

The condo was very spacious for our family. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything.

The amount of stairs that I was not made aware of when booking the condo . Also the distance between the pool and condo. The fact that our second vehicle had to be parked outside down the street all of this should be disclosed prior to booking. My mother can barely walk due to illness let alone up the amount of stairs. I brought her to enjoy a visit not worry how we are getting her up and down. Especially at night when the porch lights are out

The condos were very nice. The little beach area was a really nice bonus. The pool was clean, and the splash area for the little ones was great. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Overall, the atmosphere was very family-friendly, and very clean. The patio area was a nice plus.

We had a two bedroom and two bath condo. They need to invest in hot water on demand. We had four people in our condo, and we could barely make it through two showers without running out of hot water. Forget about even trying to fill the jacuzzi tub. Didn't get it half full, and it ran out of hot water. The parking lot is a little bit of an inconvenience due to the extreme incline, but that comes with the area. The lack of sidewalks makes getting our luggage to your condo a bit difficult.
