Beautiful location and exceptional service. 100% recommended
No elevator, so if you are on level 3 is a little bit of a effort specially if you are have luggage with you.

PARKING: open air yard on the other side of the entrance CHECK-IN: professional and nice, took no time STAFF: very helpful, nice and smiling above the average WIFI/VPN: works, but don't forget Booking.com is blocked for Turks, so for your research you need a foreign IP via VPN or roaming. CLEAN: yes, it felt so BATHROOM: okay QUIET: yes, despite being at the ground floor, the inner garden area was quite all the time LOCATION: in a mostly residential area, felt safe and with restaurants in a short walking distance. Also Pamukkale pools are five minutes away by driving. Dogs, but mostly CATS will come to make you cheer up if you need. Tons of them. ROOM: small, but had all we needed, including USB ports at your bed side table
SIZE: the bathroom was ok, but the room itself quite small. Keeping the luggage open is an option only if you don't mind having to stretch your legs to step around

Beautiful hotel and room, lovely common area both inside and outside (seating area next to an inviting pool), generous breakfast, restaurant serving also lunch and dinner, close proximity to Hierapolis and the travertine cliffs, and most of all the friendly, helpful, and kind staff. They provided transport for us to the Southern (upper) gate of Pamukkale Hierapolis and travertine cliff site, twice! They also took us to the bus pick-up point where we could catch the Dolmus (shared minibus) for our trip back to Denizli. They provided ideas for other activities we could partake in, aside of the typical Pamukkale experiences. There was a steady stream of visitors at this hotel, a tribute to its obvious good reputation in the area.
Nothing to mention!

We had a spacious and clean room with a small balcony. The hotel is situated in a quiet neighborhood, with only a short 5 minute walk to Pamukkale main attraction - the travertine terraces. Close enough to walk there in short time, but far enough to have quiet and peace from the crowds. In the vicinity there were numerous restaurants and smaller shops. The hotel offers private parking (free of charge), and there was an elevator, which was nice for hauling luggage to our 3rd floor room.
During our 2+ week stay in Turkey, most other hotels we stayed in, offered better or significantly better breakfast.

The breakfast room is a bit of a misnomer, despite its array of dishes spanning two long walls, with taste options ranging from Western European dishes to Turkish salads, fruits and cheeses, and even a smattering of Turkish Delights for dessert. "Room," that is, becomes a misnomer when many of the hotel's guests head outdoors with their plates, shaded from the mid-October sun by a grove of olive trees adjacent to the pool. The pool, though unheated, is half the size of an Olympic pool, offering welcome relaxation after a dusty climb to the site of ancient Hieropolis, or a painful wade barefoot over spiky outcroppings in the mineral waters of the Travertines that could be mistaken for a glacier spilling down toward the town. As for the hotel's guest rooms, each offers a restful sleep on a comfortable mattress, mostly out of earshot of the muezzin's pre-dawn call to prayers, although not quite exempt from the natural cock crow of a chicken flock down the street. The hotel itself is clearly part of the magic of this rural community where the ancients once came to take the mineral waters for their health, and where Greeks of old once hosted guests like their Turkish counterparts do today with such style and skill.
Proposing a 10% discount on hot-air balloon rides at dawn over the Travertines when wind and weather allow, the management goes a step too far in its claim that Cappadocia has had of late to suspend its own balloon adventures.

Great value for money. Extremely clean. Superb breakfast, loads of choice from cereal & juice to hot/cold options ranging from pancakes, cheese rolls, salad, fruits, sweets, cheese. We ate 3 evening meals during our stay, typical Turkish food of good quality. There was parking. Reception very good, on checkout, bill was ready for us and accurate. Pool area lovely with restaurant seating in the pool garden area which created lovely ambience. Could sit inside if you wanted to. Hotel was at full capacity during our stay which did not impact service of staff. Room & bed comfortable. Fabulous powerful shower. Free water bottles in room & tea, coffee.
Nothing to be honest. Consider hook in bathroom to hang towels on. Really minor point.

The Venus Hotel was in a great location, close to restaurants and shops (the town itself isn't too big). The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and spacious with a nice balcony. The breakfast was great. My wife and I ate at the hotel restaurant for dinner, and the food was great. Cat lovers will enjoy the frequent feline visitors (make sure to pack some cat treats when you visit Turkey). My wife and I loved every moment at this property. The residing and welcoming dog named “Pati”(?) was very friendly and energetic. Highly recommended!
Nothing.

Superb location. Really fun guy manning the front desk with his son, provided a wonderful welcome and lots of useful information. Lovely pool and courtyard around it. Excellent parking. The rooms were very comfortable and very clean, as was the whole hotel. The choice of food at the buffet breakfast was very good and dinner options good and reasonably priced. The staff was very available and attentive during meals and serving drinks. Nice wine and beer available. Superbly located very close to the Travertines of Pamukkale. It was also curiously mosquito free there, which was delightful!
The decor was a bit masculine and dated (grey, white and brown) but good quality fixtures and fittings and the crisp white sheets and fluffy towels made up for this.

This is an adorable hotel with lovely staff. The place is family run and they keep the place clean and welcoming. The staff are all very kind and helpful, they arranged our airport transfer with a stop at Kaklic caves in a very comfortable large vehicle with one of the family members. Since it was later in the day they just let us stay the additional hours at no charge. Try doing that in America . The breakfast buffet is GiNormous, I challenge anyone not to find food they like there. Tons of fruits, breads, cheeses, cereal , salad and hot selection of meats, eggs , potatoes and pancakes. The restaurant there is very good, mushrooms in clay pot and lamb chops were our favorites, very inexpensive . The location is close to Pamukale and they have a shuttle to take you. The return taxi was only 300 lira ($9 more or less). There isn’t much around the hotel only a small market. I highly recommend this place. They keep the room well stocked with water bottles and the AC is great. Had a balcony and comfortable bedding
The shower floor is smooth tile and very slippery and the bathroom small. Fine for most if you are steady on your feet, may not be good for children

Swimming pool and outdoor area were very pleasant, though the pool is in the shade later in the day. Breakfast was generous. Location is a good 10 minute walk out from the town centre which makes the location feel more relaxed.
Our room was near the rear entrance to the hotel, which has the name above it. The door is locked at night, which is good, except that we were woken at 3am by new arrivees at the hotel who were trying to get in. There really should be a very clear sign that the main reception (manned 24 hours) and car park are located around the corner as most people unfamiliar with the hotel arrive at this entrance.
