Very nice hôtel with lovely people. The rooms are fine and confortable. Wonderfull breakfast in the morning in a cosy and warm place. For tourists who needs to go to the airport (or coming from the airport of denzili) just to let you know that you don't need toi take a prívate taxi or Shuffle. A bus stop in the main street of Pamukkale will bring you yo the otocar station of Denzili and from there, near the exit, you can take a bus of the airport : total of 200lire by personn. The same for Pamukalle site : thé entrance from the village is fine if you like walking.you don't need a taxi to go on the top entrance. Avoiding Excursion tour is possible :)! Enjoy your stay!

Well maintained pool, hotel offers drop off and pick up for the cotton castle, warm water, lovely restaurant at the hotel, friendly staff.

I couldn’t settle my outstanding bill with card payment and was asked for cash even though I paid with card for the hotel booking. Would be good to know this information upfront. Luckily we had some dollars on us and they took that. They agreed to drop us at the bus station but then the morning said they were not able to, however they did call the taxi for us so worked out.

The breakfast served were a combination of healthy food and fruits . It was beautifully served and service was uptodate. The walk up to the cotton castle was back breaking. There should be a shuttle service from each hotel - paid of course. The hotel accommodated us though we reached very early in the morning- about 8 o clock. Good value for money and ideal for families.

Room heater should have been working , as the night temperatures were very low .

Everything went well! The room was all ok, and nice hot shower. Good reception, the breakfast is a good plus varied. But mostly what we will remember there is Durmuş, thank you so much, he is so nice, interesting, and cultured..if you can talk with him. Thank to him so much again for the talk and all the rest. If we have to come back we will come here again for sure!

The accommodation is very close to the white rocks, with an excellent location. The pool is nice and clean, and the dining room is very pleasant and spacious. The hosts are incredibly kind and did their best to accommodate all our requests. Everything is exactly as shown in the photos. The food was plentiful and very delicious. Thank you very much for the lovely hospitality! We highly recommend it to everyone!

best place to stay if you want calm and nice holiday. lovely family hotel with superb location. the owners are lovely people, very helpful and always with smile. We went when was out of season, but never mind this - they were prepared personal breakfast for everybody which was good too.

Maybe a litte bit renewing of the rooms will be nice change.

The room is great, it has an ac, a clean toilet, a big bed and a television. The staff are friendly and relaxed, the complimentary breakfast is good and there’s a pool which is a big bonus on hot summer days. The place also has a rooftop where you can watch the hot air balloons fly in the sunrise. I wish I could’ve stayed here longer!

Great location and good value for the money. Accommodation offered some freshly cooked food. Easy for those arrive there late or for those without any cars. Breakfast was good. Helpful staffs and the owner. Didn't charge us extra for late check out. Nice swimming pool and small garden for the family hangouts

Very beautiful location, swimming pool open until 10 pm witch is very nice after a long day, there is a restaurant with good home made meals at a very fair price. Nice garden and very friendly staff.

The shower in our room was a bit uncomfortable, I think it is the room of ground floor, that are big enough to accommodate my family of five, but the shower was a bit complicate. For the price we paid it was well enough.

The staff was nice and helpful. The owner was a friendly person. We got our pieces of baggage lost at the airport, and the owner kindly helped us with the vehicle and a driver for a lower price than the normal taxis to do our shopping. We were late to arrive in the city, and he sent the vehicle to pick us up from the city, which is 20 mins away. Asad the staff member who served us was exceptionally helpful during our stay. On top of that, they got beautiful homemade pomegranate vinegar and olive oil for a reasonable price. rooms need some attention however for the price we paid it is an exceptional stay. breakfast was nice. the pool was clean and good for a summer swim. overall a very happy stay.

The restaurant needs a little bit of variety in its food and the price is quite higher than the normal price. however, their food was delicious.
