The blackout curtains and comfortable bed are nice. The free breakfast was good.

There was two different breakfast sections, one free, one paid. When I checked in for breakfast, I waited a while and nobody came, so I helped myself to the buffet on the incorrect side by accident. I only got chilaquiles and beans, which happen to be on both sides, so I wasn't charged (the wait staff was super nice).

Excellent location and I was really surprised with the Saturday brunch that was included with the stay. It was a very widespread that had delicious food.

Well it the Ramada It was all you would expect. The staff at the front desk could have been more pleasant but the rest of the staff were amazing.

The hotel is very clean and helps you to feel very safe. The breakfast is great providing some staples and then a good rotating variety, their staff is so attentive and helpful. From the hotel staff at the front desk (Imelda who was great at keeping our group together), housekeeping to the excellent Capitan at in the dining area, so attentive so helpful. The location is great outside the back patio are a movie theater and various restaurants to choose from. Its a shopping mall with trendy restaurants so its not cheap but it is convenient. The hotel itself is clean, accommodating and helpful perfect for a family stay. There is a safe in the room and the cable selection is very wide also they have lots of outlets. We were on the 6th floor very quiet and walls are reasonable thick. Beds were comfortable with wide pillow selection. The location is very convenient adjacent to shops, gas stations and restaurants. The room was large, the bathroom has a walk in shower.

You have to ask the front desk for irons. I know its asking for a lot in Mexico, but a mini fridge would put the room over the top.

people are very friendly but they didn’t explain me about the A/C until a night before my check out and some nights was very hot . ( I stay over there 1 week ) but besides that everything was good .
