The room was very clean, excellent value for the money. They had multiple elevators so access to the room was very convenient. They have a heated swimming pool, staff was very frienly.

2 minor things were on the negative side. 1 my son locked the safe and I couldnt get into it, we had to wait till the morning because no one had the key for the maintenance storage room to be able to open it and 2 the pictures show a kitchenette but it has no plates or utensils.

I've been hosting here since 2015 (I "lived" here that year for a month), then I started to visit the hotel. The staff is kind, it's great value for the price, the place has plenty of space for parking lots and is secure. The location is great if you need to be around the zone of Plaza del Sol/Mariano Otero and you can either use your car or ask for an Uber - you need to be prepared to face the daily traffic of this area, and is usually complicated-. I worked here during the mornings and the internet speed is excellent. I want to thank everyone who made our time here pleasant.

My only suggestion is: this is the third time we need to ask for towels to the staff, it would be great if by default you could provide them, also the odor extractor inside the bathroom wasn't working - I told this to very amable guy from maintenance but he commented my at that time that the suites dealing with some remodeling jobs.

Overall nice location and room space, comfortable bed and nice shower.

The hot tub was hard to use due to the slow water flow to fill it up. The water was yellow and had dirt , like sand. I got charge 650:00 pesos extra for arriving an hour and a half early.Late check in time at 3 pm for someone that arrives early in the morning and have traveled all night., is very inconvenient.

The rooms are really spacious and the employees are always super kind. This was not my first time staying there.

I hate that the parking spots are so small. It’s enough that if I have other options, I stay elsewhere before staying here despite the fact that the rooms were great and the employees are wonderful.

I love everything about this hotel. I’ve been coming here for years and they have updated throughout those years and it’s very beautiful. The rooms and the cleanness is amazing. The staff is amazing the location it’s in a really good zone. The bed is very comfortable.

Lovely rooms, super plush, clean beds. The location is very comfortable for walking. You can easily walk to the fountain of Minerva and there's a nearby mall. Breakfast was extra and a little bit pricey, but delicious and worth it. The dinner menu is small, but tasty and helpful if you're worn out and don't want to leave. The staff were very friendly and patient even though our Spanish is still poor. The pool is indoors but a bit small if there are many families staying, so we never swam. I would definitely stay here again.

There was construction on the building, but it didn't start until later in the morning, so it wasn't much of an issue.

One of best Hotels I stayed in Mexico. I have stayed at many,they polite and exceptional in everything during my stay.

The resturant was average but I typically don't eat in hotels, there was a breakfast buffet. I can't comment because I never tried.

What a gem! Everyone was amazing, the room was large and stacked with amenities and comforts. The property was clean and parking was right in front of my room. The on site restaurant has a nice buffet breakfast.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is beautiful and confortable. My kids enjoyed the pool and all the plants. The food is delicious, but it is not included.

There were not enough towels for all of us and we had to keep asking for more.
