The breakfast. I overslept so missed the free brekkie. The variety and quality of fresh fruit & vegetables. Stand outs were the vegetable & cheese omelet, best I''ve ever had and the freshly squeezed orange juice. So much food I had to ask for a doggy bag. Chef had made me a fresh omelet as I later discovered :) When I checked in the gentleman on Reception informed me there was construction next door and he'd given me a room as far from the noise as possible. After a 26 hour journey and 3am arrival, this was much appreciated. I slept like a baby.

Checkin was very smooth and Mr. AbduReham at tgr reception was very helpful. Room was spacious and clean. Breakfact was ok. Hotel is centrally located and easily reachable to many shopping malls. Overall experience was good.

I think wi dow curtains need to be changed. It would be better if more variety of pastries (crussont) added to the breakfast.

Breakfast was simply varied and tasty with fresh orange juice offered in glass jugs. The restaurant staff are ready to help at any time - in particular the waiter named "Jubaid". The room service menu was good and reasonably priced. The TV channels are varied and cover most of the well-known ones.

The Wi-Fi needs to be better ... there were frequent periods of weak signals, and this immediately affects your distant connections. Having a local SIM card with Data will help to resolve this problem through the Hot-Spot setting.

Not the first time I am at this hotel, it is good and well kept, with always helpful staff.

Its main problem is its location quite far from anything. On the other hand Riyadh is the city of cars. To my disappointment, the swimming pool infrastructure has much deteriorated: only the pool itself worked, all other things (the jacuzzi, sauna, hamam) were unfortunately closed or out of order.

The hotel was clean and quite appealing.

The location was not what I had expected. Transportation was required to go everywhere I wanted to go. Not a good location for someone who likes to walk. There was nowhere to walk, for the hotel is parallel to the highway. Not much variety for the food choices, particularly for non-meat eaters. The hotel was too quiet for me. Not many quests were visible.

In general, the hotel facility is very good and it's clean. Additionally, the staff was very welcoming and friendly. Moreover, the room cleanliness is great along with the bathroom. Furthermore, the spa was good too.

location and the staff are nice and the room was very good. I booked a suit and the upgraded me for bigger suit thanks for them. I stayed in this hotel many time its convenient for me in term of location, staff and price especially for business trip

The breakfast need to be improved and add more variety. The power sockets in the room are not good and its difficult to fit the power cable to them. I already mentioned that to the reception to do something about them.

Very kind staff who let me check in early. The room was very cosy, clean and modern. Great location to explore the city and close to the airport.

Not their fault, but it's a bit noisy outside at the moment due to a construction site.
