Clean friendly staff

When I checked in, I spoke with the reception staff about the possibility of extending my checkout time. They assured me that it would be accommodated, and I was relieved to have the extra time. However, the following morning, I was unexpectedly awakened by a receptionist who called to remind me of the standard checkout time. This was quite surprising and inconvenient, as I had already arranged for a late checkout. I informed the receptionist that this arrangement should have been reflected in their system to prevent any confusion or disruption. It was disappointing that the commitment made during check-in wasn’t properly communicated or recorded. It's important for the hotel to ensure that such promises are honored to maintain guest satisfaction.

The staff from the moment you entered the building were superb especially the staff on the reception and in the breakfast restaurant. Room service was also excellent.

I'm not sure what could improve. All the facilities I used were perfect. If I'm picking fault then the location was a difficult place to get to and from mainly due to the traffic along King Abdullah Road (need that Metro open soon!). The only issue would be the taxi service from the hotel to the airport which was very expensive, 172-SAR, but as I used a regular taxi I only paid 75-SAR.

The hotel is perfect in combination withthe Exhibition Center, but walking to the metro station near the hotel is a bit far given outside temperature. The staff/concierges are really super-helpful organizing you an Uber taxiride at unbeatable rates, so no worries !

Breakfast and restaurant are ok, but try to innovate a bit and be somewhat more creative !

The room was very nice, beds were comfortable, washroom was well equipped and roomy. The staff was very nice and supportive. Breakfast was fresh, though there was not much variety but whatever was there, was fresh and tasty. The guests were served with arabic coffee and ummali at the reception. I liked the overall stay.

There was not much not to like but there is always room for improvement, I would say that breakfast could be improved, there was not much variety to choose from as it is expected when one is paying such high fare, there are 4 star hotels around which are serving excellent breakfast in Riyadh. The waffle machine was also not working. Should be taken positively for improvement by Golden tulip Riyadh.

Everything was perfect. Specially the room service and the staff were very helpful and always offered help and the facility is so clean and new. The only two things were the pillows were not comfortable and there was no kleenex in the toilet. There was roll tissue only. Other than that it was perfect.

Great hotel ! I am so happy I found it. I've tried more than 7 different hotels in Riyadh during the past few months including a couple of 5 Stars hotels among them and this Golden Tulip is by far the best experience I had in Riyadh. The stay was absolutely perfect!! Spotless clean.. State of the art facilities everywhere (the Room furnishing, the lighting, the lighting control, the automatic lighting sensors, the smart TV's, the in-room bluetooth speaker, the AC control, the top notch Gym equipment and complimentary bottled water at the gym, the 5 stars breakfast buffet, the welcome treats sent at checkin, literally every service the hotel offers is top notch and every facility in the room and elsewhere is brand new and selected from the highest quality and brands in the market. The staff are extremely professional and super friendly and will go above and beyond to satisfy your needs .. For this quality of service and very reasonable price, the value for money at this hotel is also perfect.. Bravo Golden Tulip 👏 👏

I needed an excellent internet and the one provided by hotel wifi was not up to expectations. Cellular data signal was also very weak despite having an STC 5G service. The was only on bar of signal and i had to leave the 5th floor room and whole floor and go out of the facility to get a good signal. Never had experienced this in KSA in the past 5 years.

I had the most wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable, providing a perfect retreat after a long day of exploring. The staff, Specially “Shahid Hameed” Restaurant Manager went above and beyond to ensure that I had a memorable experience, always greeting me with a smile and offering assistance whenever needed. The amenities were top-notch, from the luxurious pool and spa facilities to the delicious dining options available on-site. I truly felt like a valued guest throughout my stay. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a fantastic and memorable experience.

It was an outstanding experience. We really enjoyed our stay. The staff were highly skilled and professional. From the greeting at the reception, the hospitality in the room , the service at the restaurant, and the checkout. They were fast and friendly, polite and supportive. The service was special. The meet all our request (non smokers room, crib, parking at site, same floor room, and close to each other). The rooms were spacious and clean. The breakfast was delicious and they serve various dishes and drinks. And the staff were available all along. The hotel located near to many visiting sites and malls. It is Highly recommended hotel. I've stayed at this hotel several times and it is one of my preferred options in this part of Riyadh. Although a prior visit a few weeks ago was disappointing, the hotel staff ensured that my recent stay this week met the usual high standard and even exceeded it to make up for that earlier disappointing visit. Breakfast is great, facilities are available, rooms are spacious, and above all, the staff are warm and friendly as always. It's also pleasant when hotel management acknowledge and appreciate reoccurring guests.

Even though the hotel is relatively new, it is starting to age. So, I hope that the management put together a solid plan for continuous inspection and maintenance - especially for bathroom fixtures and lighting connections.
