We were at the motel with several relatives & we all agreed the breakfast was outstanding, both the food & the wait staff. The front desk people were friendly and efficient as well as helpful answering questions. Having recently stayed at a different HIE, this is a cut above!

We were in a 2nd floor room. The bed & the floor in this room squeaked as did the room in the 3rd floor above us, there was no night light in the bathroom and our room key had to be re-set 3 different times. These were inconveniences but the overall stay was very nice & we would stay there again.

This hotel was by far one of the cleanest, quietest places we have ever stayed in. We came for a conference and decided to book here instead of the hotels the conference director had recommended for everyone . I'm so glad we did. We had the queen suite. It had a sitting area and a separate bedroom. Everything was very clean. The breakfast was perfect. Great protein options for me, and of course pancakes and biscuits and gravy for the hubby. We have stayed in many hotels throughout many states. This is one of the top 5! Reserve now, you will not regret it.

Perfect location for everywhere we needed to be. Great staff, quiet, comfy beds and pillows, and loved having the separate bedroom suite for privacy. Yummy choices for the complimentary breakfast!

The couch for the living/sitting area was hard as a rock and not comfortable to watch tv. There were several (rude) people that walked from pool to lobby and elevators without drying themselves off, (not hotels fault), so lots of puddles everywhere to be careful of.

Big room,nice pillows,roomy bathroom, great TV. Excellent writing desk. Great to have the fridge and microwave. Nice linens. Room was quiet. Convenient parking lot complete with fascinating sandhill cranes and lovely landscaping Very nice and helpful front desk clerk. Good breakfast and GREAT coffee

AC cut out intermittently in the middle of the night and had to be reset. It was a very hot evening. Internet got knocked out by storm so my husband could not complete his work assignments Monday morning. Toilet running

It was clean and quiet and the breakfast offerings were fantastic -I’m not even a breakfast person really -but I became one for the duration of my stay. I like the location- close enough to where I needed to go, but distanced enough to allow me peace and quiet and minimal hassle. Also, the prices in the vending machines were reasonable - it was kind of refreshing to see vending machines that weren’t set to price gouging mode. Something little like that may seem silly, but it did leave a good impression. I was really pleased with my stay and will definitely book here again if my travels bring me back to the area.

The handle in the toilet had to be held for it to flush completely-I told desk staff about it when I checked out -not a huge issue.

The staff was extremely friendly. The facility was very clean. Every morning you’re able to receive a hot breakfast and hot coffee. Our room was spacious and very clean when we arrived and remain clean during our stay.

There wasn’t anything that we disliked about the property other than the parking lot seems small, but it is not a dealbreaker.

The room I was in was amazing very clean and very exceptional. The bed was very soft and comfy. I would stay at this hotel again. The only thing that I wasn't able to do was check out the pool but I will next time when I'm in Jackson. Staff was great The food was great.

There really was nothing that I disliked at this hotel

The price. We talked to friends who stayed just three miles down the road and their hotel was (even though it was a Holiday Inn) $100 cheaper per night. Frustrating that companies can fluctuate pricing.

Conveniently located right off the freeway. The night staff who checked us in was very kind and professional. The room was very well decorated.

Although the bedroom was beautiful, the mattress was terrible. An upgraded mattress would be amazing.

The hostess was very welcoming when we arrived. The room was clean and well-stocked. The jacuzzi was exceptionally clean. Everything worked as it should. The bedding was clean and comfortable.

Everything was exceptional.
