Location and the ocean view nice and close to the town in walking distance, the owner and his staff were very friendly and surrounded with a lovely friendly local have a chat and a good laugh while we were having a nice cold Taula and the Vailina of course, but the best of all is the group of young ladies in every morning preparing a delicious breakfast for us, thank you very much for your kind service ❤️❤️❤️

Some of the lights were not working in my room but that’s not a big deal room service this time was very good, why I’m saying that because I always stay there when I come to Samunda 😂 and my last staying there before this one it wasn’t good, the room service that I’m talking about, It was very sad that I love my beef soup but it wasn’t nice because the meat was too fefeu 🤣 ia lava ga le fiafia

There’s a lot to love about Millenia. However it could do with a facelift and room maintenance could be improved also adding a few more amenities (microwave etc) It would’ve really helped if the wifi was working for work purposes. In saying this, my family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be booking with Millenia for trips to come. We took heaps of videos, sadly not any photos

Felt kind of looked down on by staff. Being Samoan from NZ we were treated 2nd class. They smiled and accommodated the foreigners more then us samoans who live overseas. Attitude towards foreigners should be equal to us overseas samoans. Need to smile more, be more proactive towards all guests

I took my Grandma there to stay for a week and booked a Delux room at the back then got moved to number 9! Best room to have cause it comes with a kitchen and especially the beautiful views of the ocean. I have stayed with these guys before but this time was a different experience with my nana. She absolutely loved everything. Staff were so helpful especially when I had to heat up Nana’s food late at night lol Faafetai lava team! Will definitely book in with you in September for my Nana’s birthday 😍🌺

Receptionist was polite & very helpful. Change of room at short notice was appreciated.

Porter took me on a circuit just to get to the room which was on the bottom floor, we passed the room went up to the upper level then back down to the ground floor & found the room right in front of the entrance. Although the room was clean, the floor in the bathroom was very wet. Also no clean towels in bathroom - had to get from reception. Lastly had ordered an airport drop off & thought it had been paid all together with the room. More explanation is needed at check in so that I the customer isn’t inconvenienced. Was an exhausting experience but still happy with the hotel

Staff very friendly and polite. Large clean rooms, great service when we arrived with shuttle (arranged by hotel) baggage taken to our room.! Able to hire cars from hotel at a affordable price. Restaurant, fish and chips the best I've had to date! Good selection of drinks. Beautiful, maintained gardens!

The swimming pool was the best. The deluxe rooms are great and spacious. Fridge and coffee facilities was great. Clothes line for wet clothes was available. The Samoa fale to hire was awesome and convenient for visitors and toana’i. The open space restaurant at the entrance is the most convenient and relaxed place with fresh air and see breeze. Staff are very helpful at reception and some of the cleaners. Breakfast was good and the staff at breakfast are friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and sheets were change when we asked to clean it and change it. Parking is available.

No microwave available 24hours for the guest. When the kitchen is closed, no food can be heated. Need a microwave area 24hour for the guest in both levels. The reception show advised people about the facilities and what is available to the guest. Some of the food was not cooked well, Suafa’i taste yuk.. The soups had no flavour or any good taste. Food was average, could be better with flavour and some love to it. Need help with mopping the floor well.. Floor is always wet after mopping and slippery.

Really enjoyed the friendly and helpful staff, always willing to help, and provide assistance anytime a guest or visitor passed. Greeted everyone and each other with smiles all day. Noticed that they also enjoyed working together and at the Hotel, loved hearing their laughter throughout the day.Enjoyed the nightlife at the bar as well. Meeting lots of different people and visitors

Location was easy to access Apia, relaxed atmosphere, family and local friendly, breakfast staff were lovely and we had the best driver in Upolu Cheers!

Always the finer details, Have an information booklet handy, we didn't have one in our room, include the menu food and drinks, things to do etc Helps with the communication as I apologetically, cannot speak Samoan Again, as with a lot of Samoan accomadation most of the lights didn't work

Breakfast was excellent! Fina a staff member always very helpful, friendly with an amazing smile at breakfast Very convenient to downtown Apia! Great band Friday and Saturday nights! Great hotel to meet Samoans! If we wanted to meet wealthier Australians, Americans and Europeans go to a 5 star hotel, but if you want to meet the Samoans go to the hotels where they are likely to stay!

The menu for lunch and dinner could be a little healthier eg less fried foods! Maintenance to the pool requires a little maintenance, loose tiles! The information from Booking.com was inaccurate as there was no wifi and no lunch/dinners for $5US if you prepaid them!
