clean rooms and smelled very good after cleaning, they had replaced with clean towels, very kind and attentive staff.

The room i stayed in needed a bit more light, bathrrom light was good. A better TV also

Within walking distance to the historical centre and to Forum Braga. Not in a noisy area which is great.

The lift was a bit strange, it was hard to tell if you could push the door open or if it was still locked

Close enough to Braga's center (about 15 min walking), in a good shape with a free parking at the street. A person at reception helped to find a spot, which would be a challenge otherwise.

Location good. Very close supermarket and different restaurants. Have table for me to work with my laptop.

Only inside room hasn't dust bin.

Not far from the city center, unexpensive, nice for a 1 night stay. We could leave our luggage there even before de check-in time, as we arrived too early, so they were really nice for that service. Without complications.

I personally didn´t like a too soft bed, as it is not optimal for my back, but I´m sure other people wouldn´t mind this.

the room was fine, super clean, excellent value for money. plus, the staff was great: I forgot something in my room and they mailed it to my adresse at another portuguese city in a couple of days. great.

They were incredibly strict about 3pm check. Check in was not allowed even a minute before 3pm though they did allow me to leave my backpack at reception
