Problemless checkin, haven't met a single soul, i am satisfied

- asked for quiet room (kids), but got a room facing a street. It was not very frequent street and i dont know if it was even possible to get a room with garden view. It was not what i asked for but it could have been worse - 4 people (2 kids) and there is single hanger in bathroom. We didnt have anything to hang wet towels on - no night tables at the bed anywhere - windows do not block noise when closed - underground parking could have marked entries (arrows on the ground, door markings, etc)

This is not my first stay in these apartments. I want to describe everything as truthfully as possible. Firstly, and most importantly, the location of the building in which the apartments are located is very convenient. If you come without a car, the railway and bus stations are nearby. If you come by car, there is a very convenient parking lot. Secondly, it is convenient to get access to the apartments, even if you arrived at night. In advance, the administration sends all the detailed information to e-mail, which is very convenient and you can even not contact the reception. Thirdly, the apartments have everything you need: dishes for cooking, washing machine, dishwasher, iron. I want to pay special attention to the administration - they are very friendly and communicative. All questions can be resolved in advance before arrival. Summary - for the money these apartments cost, this is price-quality

Among all the positives, I would like to note some points that require either improvement regarding the administration, or simply drawing the attention of guests to the future. But this is no reason not to book them. There are many more advantages for this price 1. The internet was bad 2. There were tablets for the dishwasher, but there were none for the washing machine. It was triple to buy somewhere yourself. Not enough hand/face towels. There was only one such towel for 3 people 3. The furniture is a little "used", so the beds are not super comfortable for long-term sleep. But it can be for a couple of nights

4 th floor 30A looked out onto a quiet little courtyard away from the noise of the main thoroughfares at Galeria Krakowska. Plenty space with good cooking facilities, comfy bed and great sofa bed, large bathroom with bath and a separate shower, balcony in a modern building with security and lift. Nice touch with some bottled water, tea and coffee ready for us to use. Clean and airy the apartment was a relaxing place to come back to from the hustle and bustle of old town Krakow. Around 15 min walk to main square and right across the road to the main rail and bus station plus a multitude of shops in Galeria Krakowska. I’m in krakow a few times a year, this is now my favourite go to place.

Some confusion with what I had booked v what I initially got (apartment at the front facing the main thoroughfare) but I was moved quickly after some firm discussions. The lovely lady that came with towels etc for the new apartment helped me pull the sofa bed out, move some things around and get us settled. Had a shock when a little side table nearly collapsed under the weight of my handbag, but I just put it to the side. All other furniture was solid, well made and functional so think this was an unfortunate anomaly which wasn’t tested as I had quickly changed rooms.

The apartment was in a great location near the Old Town. The sheets were clean and beds were comfortable.

Unfortunately our apartment was from the side of the street so we could hear the traffic while sleeping. As for the apartment the TV didn't work properly it was some very cheap brand named Kivi that we never heard of and was lagging all the time. The oven didn't have the shelf or the grill so we couldn't warm our pizza so it was useless. The stove could be upgraded as well as some kitchen utensils for more guest comfort who cook their meals. Also we were shocked that the owners were greedy enough to charge extra for the baby cot as it's definitely not a common practice.

Location: it was really close to the center and main railwaystation and easily accessible. You're also located at 2min on foot from the main shopping gallery of Krakow. Overall: the apartment was very cozy and warm, it was big enough for my daughter and myself. I was happily surprised to see that they had a microwave AND an oven, they came in very handy! All the needed kitchen equipment were clean and available (plates, cups, glasses, forks, spoons, pots and pan, ...). The bathroom was also perfect for the two of us.

There were also some negative points: we didn't have a freezer, this would have been handy to store some things and the fridge was actually not cooling really well. The wifi was honestly really bad, most of the time I had to use my 5g on my phone, even just for being able to browse the internet and connect to my work.

It was our second stay at this place this year, we were happy to come back. As we had high expectations and for the most part they were met. Staff did their best to work out problematic situation with washing machine and cleaning the bathroom floor. As we ended up staying at the same apt again, we could see how some careless travellers damage the floors and leave such a huge mess that cleaning crew used chlorine to clean it up. Unfortunately we had to move in right after this cleaning, it was an unpleasant start and a horrible night with windows open. In winter season! We hope we wouldn't never experience chlorine cleaning again. Nevertheless we appreciate the good location, helpful staff and comfortable apt. Thanks!

The apartment is at great location right next to Galeria Krakowska mall and about 10 mins walking to the city centre. No issues at check-in or check-out, everything was 100% clean and well equipped. There's also direct tram connection to P+R parking at Krowodrza Górka which was very convenient if arriving by car.

There were no additional blankets or bedsheets we needed when one of us had to sleep on the couch. The bed has extremely soft mattress and it's not very comfortable. Out room was facing the busy street and was a bit noisy.

Location was great, everywhere was walkable from there. The apartment itself had everything you need for a short, or long stay. Lovely big balcony, the bed in the main room was so comfy.

The sofa bed wasn't that comfy, the pull out bit was very hard. But it was fine for a short stay. Finding the place was an ordeal. What the entry instructions don't tell you is that the apartments are located in 2 different buildings across the road from each other. We unfortunately turned up at the wrong building and spent about an hour trying to work out what was going on. It was only because we asked some locals and showed them the instructions that we eventually found the right one. Once we found it, the entry process was very clear though and the access to the car park was easy.

Excellent position, everything is new, parking is downstairs, everything needed is in apartment: hair dryer, iron, washing machine, dishwasher etc. Staff is super attentive: from really kind security girl, who met us at night of arrival and showed us where to park, going downstairs to parking lot to the office worker, who changed us broken hairdryer on the 1st of January.

The apartment was clean all in all at the beginning, just the small vacuum cleaner would have been great to clean during the stay by ourselves

Smell on the floor was like entering a kitchen I also recommend you to refresh the rooms and even buy some parfumes or candles, Garbage was not empty at arrival Cleaning was superficial , especially on the small kitchen and under the sofa when trying to extend it Instead of a coffee machine they went cheap with simply adding some coffee bags. I think it was not a huge effort to buy a coffee machine
