Conveniently located across from the central train station and a couple of blocks from the old town square. A mini grocery and bakery across the street. A basic room but it was clean and comfy. Was a bit confusing to find the check in place though, but it is actually across the road in the Big Red Brick building, which has this name on the front. Once we worked that out all was good. I would recommend this place for all the above reasons.

A bit noisy early in the night but it settles down and you do get a good nights sleep.

i normally dont concentrate my attention to small negative sides but here it was important. the appartment building is at the address mentioned on booking, at the back of the building,, but the reception is on the other side of the street at the reception of the different hotel with absolutely different name and sign, and you get no instructions about it before you come. figuring this out at midnight with bagage and a tired kid by your side is honestly very annoying. fix it guys, pretty please. and put a bottle of water in the room, its not too expensive but shows that you care

Location! It was one of the closest accommodations to the main station that I could find. Bathroom was very clean and spacious, which was great because oftentimes bathroom is the issue in budget hotels - they tend to be not the cleanest and everything - but in this property I was surprised in a good way because of its bethroom without even a single problem. Everything else was fine, too! Really good value for money and I would highly recommend!

The only thing that was not cool about the hotel is the curtains. They were super thin and if we hadn't woken up quite early for our Auschwitz tour my sleep would've been disturbed due to sunlight coming in

we (3 people) stayed there one night. The location is super, you can walk from the station, 10-15 minutes walk to the center. At the same time, there is a church nearby and it is very quiet. To pick up the keys you need to walk a minute across the road (there is a reception). There is also parking (paid). the room is very comfortable and spacious (I read reviews that it is small but in fact it is not). we had 3 single beds, a clean shower, toilet, also a kettle and a mini-stove. The reception also works around the clock, which also helps with check-in and check-out. so I highly recommend it. If we're passing through Krakow again, we'll stay there.

I can’t say about the cons - there were none. the only thing that was not indicated at first was that the reception is not in the hotel building and you need to cross the road (but this was not a problem)

Very friendly and helpful staff, even going beyond the call of duty. Location very good, close to both the Old City and a shopping mall. The water cooler.

Bed was creaky though it did not disturb my sleep. Sink was too low. I thought it may have been deliberate for wheel chair use but not otherwise suitable as a room for the disabled. Issues with the address. Twice taxi drivers arrived at Maly Krakow instead of Red Bricks which would have been better. Consider rebranding to Red Bricks-Maly Krakow annexe

The hotel is in a great location. Literally a 2 minute walk to a huge shopping centre, train station etc

The room was very small but clean. We didnt have a kitchenette just a kettle. There is no staff on site but they are only across the road so that was no issue. Free wifi. The tv was a smart tv (but very small) so i could log onto my netflix and watch what i wanted. Overall i enjoyed my stay and i would stay again if i return to krakow

Excellent location close to main railway station and a short walk to the Old Town. Staff were friendly and helpful. Bed was comfortable. Kettle provided. Bathroom with shower. Room was smallish and was ideal for an overnight stay. Breakfast came in a bag/box left just outside the room door.

Rooms look a bit brighter and fresher in the online photos. Everything was clean but I found my room a bit gloomy and wouldn't have wanted to spend much time there.

Clean room, featured with kitchen staff and necessary for your rest tools. Perfect location for exhausted travellers with baggage (as it's a ground-level building). The team is helpful and friendly.

To become an even better place, this hotel needs better sound protection for the room doors and walls and more comfy mattresses. If you have "loud neighbors" you won't be able to sleep and rest well.

Location is very good - close both to the Central Station (and Krakowska Gallery) and to the Old City. Decent WiFi. They have also a small kitchen and some necessary stuff for it. Overall - not bad. The personnel also organized transfer from the airport - thank you for that.

Some minor repairment is needed - both for the rooms and for the furniture (particularly, for the bed in the room #16). Shampoo and shower gel would be also greatly appreciated (they have only liquid soap). A bit tricky process of check-in and out. They have reception in the building, but for 2 days I haven't seen anybody there, but they have additional reception - across the street (especially, if you check-in late at night) - also they will open the gate to let you back in if you are late at night

I loved that the properly was very close to the main terminal for trains and busses. As well, very close to Old Town which was amazing! The room was quite comfortable and suited our needs just fine.

My only dislike was the lack of air conditioning in the rooms and so it was unbearably hot. We were on the ground floor, so opening the very large window felt worrisome to me with people outside smoking etc.
