The location of the property was beautiful, basically you could say it was almost in the heart of the city! Close to everything a gorgeous 15-20 min walk to the major sight seeing areas, and overall close to everything that you would want too see in Krakow and to experience the city. To access the property you didn’t need to talk with anyone at the reception as they send a message to you with the pass codes to the doors and corridors and helpful access to each floor with an elevator.

The light in the bathroom had a few complications at times but it wasn’t the biggest of problems, and that the big shower head needed a few repairing as the water didn’t pour properly through the holes but honestly nothing major nor anything that caused problems, overall I RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL

It was a quiet room and location was good.

They should tell you beforehand that breakfast is only available from 8-8:30 am on weekends. It causes some problem to us because I had to be in conference at 9 am so I hadn´t time to enjoy my breakfast that I had payed for... Also our code for door didn´t work at first time and we had to call about 15 minutes to 3 different numbers to get anyone to phone. You can storage your luggage only till 3:30 pm on the day you leave because the reception is closed at 4 pm. Need better curtains because there was too bright early morning.

I liked the location of the hotel a lot, right next to the old city of Krakow. I also liked the easy self check in system and how clean the room and the hotel were. We were also treated with a couple of water bottles and some espresso capsules which I found fantastic.

I didn't like a couple of things in the room but none is of major importance. Number 1, one more chair or something like a bench to sit by the entrance of the room to put your shoes on would make it more comfortable. Number 2, the pillows could be a bit harder. Number 3, when I request a double bed and you stick 2 single ones together to make a double it's kind of ok, but at least offer a double duvet and not two single ones.

Clean and very cheap, would definitely stay again! Didn't see any staff but didn't need them and was a number if we did.

Only thing was when we arrived it took a while to get hold of someone to get room codes. There is 2 codes to get into room which is fine but abit long winded! But tbh that's not really worth a moan is it. My husband didn't like only having one pillow but for price I didn't think a moan was in order!!

Very nice place near the museum Narodwe near transit points. Communication could be faster and also early check in possiblities should be provided. Travelers come with luggage and check in time at 4 pm is not friendly specially in winter months. Nice if they could try accomodate early check in on request.

Check in timings is 4 pm.. A little unfriendly Would be more comfortable to be flexible with checkin and quick communications. Travelers with luggage have no place to keep theirs bags. No reception area or person on site.. They do have another hotel on the other side of town where they welcome storage of bags and very friendly people. Wish they had a way to keep the bags on this site.

The host could not have been more accommodating. He provided early check in (10.30am) and had a member of housekeeping available to collect payment for early check in (€20) as the payment link would not work for me. Breakfast was delivered to the door each morning. And the host was so prompt to response to all messages. The apartment was spacious and was warm but also had big windows which allowed us to let in the fresh air. Location is perfect, about a 15 min walk to the square. I felt very safe walking this home at night also (2 women). There is a convenience shop next door. The code lock on each door made it feel very safe

The apartment is very spacious, quite modern and well-equipped. We enjoyed our stay for one night as a place in a good distance from the aiport. The apartment was clean. Access was easy and given fully on-line via whatsapp. The host was very firendly, answered all our question and was available despite late hour (1am). Breakfasts are delivered to the door in boxes in 3 options (sweet, classic and vege) - they include more than enough for one person. The quality of food was good.

Nothing major. We liked everything, though parking is not available and you need to find a spot in the nearby streets (and pay for it) - the host informed us about it and we were ok with it.

Very comfortable bed, in the room I had all I needed: Nespresso, tea, bottles of water. The room was very quiet even if I was in the center of the city - 5 minutes from the main square - perfect location to reach museums, restaurants. Breakfast was amazing, everything you can ask for.

Very nice rooms, modern and well equipped. fridge in the room. Located close to the center. Very quiet - the second building line. You can rest at night. Good internet connection, enough place to work.

Too many codes to get into the room. Should be cards for that.
