Rooms were delightful in bungalows. Breakfast was fabulous, the best we had in the Philippines. The Shakshuka eggs for breakfast and coconut ceviche was outstanding. Staff were so friendly and helpful and could help enough. I would recommend to any type of tourist. It was out of the way of the main streets of El Nido, quiet and relaxing vibes.

They fact that construction was happening next to our bungalow. Air conditioning was loud.

A nice resort with excellent staff. Corong Corong is a nice beach to be situated on with nice sunsets.

With so much sand around, the rooms need cleaning every day; I ended with sand getting on my feet and into my bed. The bar and restaurant lacked a bit of atmosphere. The rooms lack some practical things like where to put clothes/hang towels. However, it’s a nice, well-run resort.

Excellent breakfast, clean rooms, great location on the beach, friendly staff, wi-fi was good in the room and beach restaurant but doesn't make it to the main restaurant.

Staff are friendly and nice enough, but they need some more training and attention to detail. We were left at the airport for over an hour because they forgot to arrange our pick-up on time, bar staff couldn't correctly explain to us what Happy Hour was so we got surprised on our bill, housekeeping didn't leave towels and we had to call reception, restaurant staff got our order wrong a couple of times, restaurant staff sometimes bring the utensils/salt/pepper and sometimes they don't. With a little work on the details, it could be a much better customer experience.

Our room is abour 50 steps to the beach, though we did not use the beach other than walking out there to take a few pictures. Staff was friendly and helpful. The living quarters are very spacioius, with a family roon/kitchen and two spacious bedrooms. The property is very quiet.

1. The restaurant leaves a lot to be desired. Serving time was very long (more than 30 minutes before the first entree was served) and the 4 entrees came at different times with the first entree served more than 20 mintues before the last entree. There were only 3 tables (included ours) of customers. Quality of food is very pedestrain. 2. Have to walk about 100 meters from the front lobby to our room, and the last third is a dirt path. 3. Water pressure is very weak in the shower. 4. The toilet is in it's own room seperated from the shower room. The toilet room has a sink byt no habndsoap was provided.

Breakfast had good choices via menu and not buffet, which was good. The room was spacious and clean. Resort is beach front and they had a nice pool and swing overlooking the ocean.

The only thing was about the restroom which had a foul odor coming up from the sink drain. Also, the shampoo/soap holder needs to be checked and secured to the wall. Ours fell off and I simply laid it on the shower floor. It stayed that way throughout our stay. These are things that should be noted and checked every time the rooms are cleaned. Shouldn't have to be brought to their attention since it was obvious. Another thing I think that would be a plus is to hang a key hook along the wall near the door. Just an added convenience for the guest.

Our stay at Villa Deluxe was excellent. Everything was clean, the staff was pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was delicious. The tropical garden was amazing, the pool was nice. I recommend having a Choco Coco drink at the bar, it is delicious. The beach is not exactly suitable for staying, swimming and sunbathing. But the advantage was that boats left from the beach for excursions and in the evening you could watch amazing sunsets.

Only the water in the sink was very weak and the faucet was not cleaned.

Great position, very good breakfast, friendly staff and very nice sunset bar. The gardens are stunning, there’s nothing better to wake up surrounded by lushly vegetation.Also we used the laundry service which was good.

The first room we had, bungalow near the beach, was full of cracks on the walls. The room wasn’t bad but for the price we paid we were not expecting to stay 4nights in a room in that state, also the toilet was very small with the shower inside and was impossible to keep the toilet seat away from water. The day after our arrival they moved us into the Villa Suite as we mentioned those issues to the staff.

Pretty good breakfast selection considering the location, same for the lunch and dinner. Location is also pretty good, not too noisy and crowded, not far from the city by tricycle or even by walking. Also very nice beach Las Cabanas close reach by tricycle. Very friendly and helpful staff. Kayak and Island trip travels located next to the property beach, just a walking distance. Very nice beaches on close proximity by kayaking.

The bungalow is quite simple in style, with modest storage space for belongings, and more wardrobes and/or storage shelves. The shower functions poorly, with low water pressure and poor flow. The internet connection was completely non-functional at peak times, especially in the evening, the best time to use the internet was in the morning and during the day.

Sunset viewing from the beachside bar was amazing. The breakfasts were good and fresh. You order from the menu and they accommodated food allergies and sensitivities. Was able to book transportation from and to Puerto Princesa airport, a massage and a day-long island tour through the hotel which made it easy. I liked that the two bedroom suite apartment had a kitchen. Good water pressure. The bed was comfortable.

Although we were gone most of the day on an island hopping tour, on the first full day of our three night stay, the hotel ran out of water so we were not able to shower or flush the toilet for half a day. Due to drought they have to truck in water. Perhaps since it was the Tuesday after Easter, deliveries were delayed. The hotel should have notified that a shared van is going to pick up additional passengers at different locations besides the airport which would add roughly an extra hour to the trip.

The food was excellent and the service was very prompt. The deluxe villas were fantastic, clean and very spacious. Excellent bathroom and a great big verandah with a wonderful day bed to relax on. “Private pool” could fit 2 people at a push and we only used once for the novelty. Mini bar was reasonably priced and the laundry service took only 24 hours.

Beach bar and restaurant should offer more variety for happy hour cocktails and coordinate between the two areas so that guests are more inclined to eat their delicious food. The beach bar could provide better ambience to take advantage of the great beachfront location.
