We had a great experience together with my family. We also enjoyed vacation by staying in the hotel. The hotel is Accessible to the Taxi, Jeepney and food spot. ✴️⭐🌟💫

First day when we get inside the room, the facilities are not yet ready. Like towels, and the hair dryer you can use it for going down the lobby to borrow it. I also check the window glass since I have a child. The lock of the window is not fixed so it can open easily for the child toddler not safe. Maybe more improvement to the hotel room.

The mattrass on the bed was just fantastic! If I could have bought the mattrass and got it in my rucksack. I would have brought it home. I have stayed in 5 Star Hotels around the world and had beds worse than that! There was no breakfast at the Hotel but there were nearby places to eat!

There was just a little bit of road noise from the busy main road outside but nothing too bad. The Hotel is placed 20 minutes walk from Ayala or a 4 minute bus (15 PHP) outside the Hotel. All the Staff at the Hotel were SUPER HELPFUL!

it was very comfortable stay and clean, the staff are so friendly and very attentive, the location is bes, very closed to many kind of restaurant and food court like Jollibee, McDonald's, Ricohs letchon, Tinderbox and Starbucks coffee. 7/11 seven eleven as well. 🥰 I will surely comeback soon.

suggedtion: would be great if the hotel will have at least a coffee shop where you can have quick coffee and sandwiches, and juices too. to make it more convenient for all the guest in the hotel.

I liked the fact that the room had air conditioning, and a water cooler just down the hall for our hot coffee and tea in the morning.ample parking lot for our rental car. Location was near ATM and several restaurants for convenience. All the staff were fluent in English and were helpful with pointing out attractions around the city.

The sheets are thick, and it's perfect for sleeping all day long with the cold aircon. It's a walking distance from The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf, Starbucks, Jollibee, McDonald's, gym, pet supplies store, a milk tea shop below the hotel, plus you can ride a mini bus to Ayala at 15 pesos fare only.

The incidental deposit was one of the things I disliked. I booked 2 rooms, so I had to deposit 3000 pesos because it was at 1,500 each room. Though it was returned after checking out, but still.

Staff were lovely and so helpful. The room was really big and the bed was comfy. Easy to access areas of the city by bus and grab and there are nice restaurants nearby.

Some noise from the main road & the floor of the room could have been cleaner but overall great experience would stay here again :)

Our room smelled good when we first walked in. The floor was clean. Sheets were clean and spiffy. Toilet was clean, water heater worked well. Great location. It’s smack dabbed in the city center. Close to the Capitol so they have a walking-distance Starbucks and a few iconic Cebuano restos. A few convenience stores are also nearby the hotel, such as 7/11 and Shell Select. Ayala Center is not too far off either. Staff were GENERALLY very accomodating, especially the morning shift security guard. Loved this place!

Since they do not have a kitchen, they could not provide us with utensils when we requested some. Not really a big deal since there were nearby shops. It would have helped though if they had disposable utensils. No mini fridge, so don’t expect you can store food in the room. Also, some of the staff were not too friendly. They looked either uninterested or annoyed. Not all of them were like that, thankfully. Other than that, nothing else.

Location is accessible to downtown and nearby malls like ayala.

When I arrived it was kind of dusty and wasn’t really cleaned properly. I had to personally remove some dusts because I have rhinitis and it’s triggered when the ac is on and dirt is all around.

The hotel is situated near various dining options, making it easy for guests to find different cuisines within walking distance. The hotel provides all the essential amenities, including Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and comfortable beds. Generally, the hotel offers good value for its price, especially considering the location and cleanliness.

Frankly speaking, at first I didn't expect a lot because its room rates are cheap. But after I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights, I highly recommend this hotel. Definitely it's a very cost-effective hotel. I am very satisfied for its service, location and cleanness.
