Excellent and very convenient location very close to the Parliament to the center of the Hague and the central train station, spacious room, cleanliness, friendly staff, very good breakfast, excellent wifi, and great value for money! The Holiday Inn Express The Hague-Parliament is a real gem!!!

I liked everything!!!

Everything was great except breakfast.

I wasn’t thrilled with the breakfast choices. I had wished for pancakes or waffles since we were in the Netherlands and in a USA branded hotel. Most USA Holiday Inn Express hotels have a waffle maker, why not Netherlands, home of the Stroopwafel? I’m not fond of lunch meat for breakfast. That is more British to me. A microwave to heat the pastry choices would have been better since no heat lamps kept the food warm. All food items were cold. In today’s world, too many carbs and not enough proteins were offered. Boiled eggs and peanut butter were the only protein except for the lunchmeat. Typical European or British hotel breakfast.

The hotel is in the city center. The train station was approximately 10 minutes of walk. Not too far from major attractions inside the city. The staff was cooperative and the rooms were quite comfortable.

The club/pub right next to the hotel made it slightly noisier at night. You could hear the people talking and the music coming from the pub. They stopped sometime around 1am. Not as many breakfast options as you would find in other Holiday Inn Express around Europe.

The hotel was close to everything, as in , easily short distance walk. surrounded by resto n' eatery places, scenic attractions, church to attend for weekend holy mass. The staff are great. Maria & Francisca, were very quick, excelent information assist, booked a taxi for me and made sure, I was safe and OK. Breakky and dining staff were exemplary. Thanks Beverly and kuya Enrique, and all kitchen staff, very accommodating and helpful, always kept us comfortable, and always checked everyone were well fed.😍 😘🥰 All were very hard working staff, great assets for the establishment. I definitely recommend HIEH, The Hague to others and I certainly come back for my future Europe visit..Thank you Holiday Inn Express, The Hague, for warm welcome stay. NOTHING I can think of, except , there was a confusion on accommodation rate? Instead of 1 person in a room , it was auto booked for two?...So? was I over charged???...Only booking. com can answer, per hotel check in staff.🤔🤷 Please. I felt , there were so much descripancies on this travel accommodation. Thanks.

Super friendly staff. Room equipped with everything you need. Breakfast automatically included in the room rate is plus for me. Clean. Super location in the centre of The Hague. Easily accessible by car. Underground parking bonus. Value for money, especially as we received an upgrade due to the length of our stay.

The bed was a tad small and the sheets and the short side. Breakfast could have offered somewhat more variety / quality products in comparison to other Holiday Express hotels. Parking does not come cheap. The following points did not affect our stay, but warrant attention: (1) the atrium behind the reception is very dark / uninviting at night, (2) I'm not sure that charging for storing luggage after check-out is good policy in terms of customer goodwill.

Wonderful staff, comfortable rooms, good continental breakfast, and the location is perfect for a short break.

Very minor point, but be aware that there can be a bit of street noise late at night if you like your windows open (aircon is good so closing them is fine). What you expect from a city location and it was a holiday weekend.

Breakfast was excellent, staff super friendly. Location was perfect, walking distance to Central Station to catch the Train 10min. 5 min to Centrum. You just walk out the door and 2 min walk you are on the Plein with Terrasjes Bar & Restaurants.

@ Check out they couldn't find my tax payment, wanted to charge me. Finally the Supervisor find my c/c payment on arrival date, after showing It was deducted from my account. It took 15 min while transportation waiting. At arrival Schiphol Airport took 2 hours to get our luggage due to misplace.

Hotel is in a very nice location, close to the shops and train station as well as a square with plenty of restaurants and bars. The staff are helpful and allow an early check in priced at 10EUR per hour (before the check in time).

Depending on where your room is located you will hear quite a bit of noise from the outside street until the early hours of the morning. One thing that annoyed us were the cleaners at the hotel. We stayed for 4 nights and every morning she would knock on the door around 9am and we told them to come back in a couple of hrs to clean the room (she did this every morning knowing we would be asleep). Regardless, they still didn't clean our room for the first 3 days. They finally cleaned the room on the last day - but the cleaner didn't change our bed sheets (still had stains on them) or replace the hand gel in the toilet which had run out on the 2nd day. Basically didn't even clean the room apart from tucking in our dirty bedsheets.

Location, Location, Location: access to shopping, dining, sites, and especially mass transit. Several tram lines to anywhere in The Hague were well within a 5 min walk. Den Haag Centraal train station was within 10 min walk and Hollands Spoor was 20 min walk away. A Laundromat was just around the corner, a bit pricey but convenient. The breakfast was simple but nice and included in the price of the room—even better! I liked that I could crack the windows during the day for ventilation.

Minor: I had a quiet, garden facing room at he back on the first level just above the breakfast area; squeaking, scraping chair legs could be heard through the floor, better than an alarm. A couple of evenings out of a 2 week stay the crowds on the main square adjacent to the hotel were loud enough that I closed my windows—problem solved.

It'c a nice place to stay, in a good location at the start of the old town and also close enough to the main train station, which helps a lot. The room has everything you need to stay, nothing fancy but nothing is missing also. Water pressure and the shower are also good. Generally, a very good option if you are located in the Hague. The breakfast was also more than satisfactory in my opinion, a great way to start your day. Given that accommodation in the Hague is generally expensive, at least a good breakfast is included at this rate.

Not the best soundproof rooms, but this is really minor. Apart from that, nothing specific.
