Ideal Location , Impeccable Services, Incredible Staff; in Short Flawless in Every Way!! The riad exceeded all expectations, from the stunning traditional decor to the impeccable services. The location is ideal for serenity and calmness in the mountain. The suites are charming with breathtaking views. While other rooms are generally big, spotless and comfortable. The breakfast is served at the beautiful garden.The breakfast was not only fresh, but also nutritious & delicious. The owner and his son Abdullah (the Manager) have been always nice, polite and supportive. Other members of the staff are professional, serving with a smile. Especially; the two girls in the reception; namely Hounayda and Huda, they have been cooperative, well oriented who given more information and tourist attractions for the beautiful city of Tetoun. The staff’s passion for their work was evident in every detail, making this a stay I’ll always remember. The least favourite thing was having to leave as the Riad is fully booked , however, looking forward to staying here over and over in the near future!

Lovely friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful decor in the spacious common area. Nice trees and outdoor area. Good breakfasts in the garden. Very large room with a terrace.

Lots of traffic noise. Really bad drain smell in the bathroom that changed to really bad chemical smell after we asked for a solution.

The riad is located outside the busy city, but it only takes 10 minutes to reach the medina by car. While the panorama from the hills is stunning, the real treasure is the villa and the lovely garden hidden behind its walls. Both the bedrooms and the shared rooms are beautifully decorated with autenthic tiles and paintings, as well as old but charming pieces of furniture and art. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. The staff was always helpful, responding to our requests flexibly and professionally (including late check-in, baggage storage, private breakfast for our group). The night guardan waiting for our arrival was especially accommodating and enthusiastic to welcome us even in the late night hours.

While all our rooms were properly equipped with AC, some of them were relatively loud for sleeping when switched on, but as long as it is possibe to operate them earlier to get the right tempareture in hot days (we had a very late arrival), this should not be a real problem.

The riad was honestly amazing. The breakfast, the room, the staff, the location, everything was great. The riad is very spacious and there were a lot of areas to relax outside of my room. It’s very quiet there and I felt at home. The wifi was good, and as a digital nomad I was able to work with no worries. It’s based in the mountains however you can get a yellow taxi to the centre for 15 dirhams in 10mins.

There was a little problem with water not being available during the day, but to my understanding it was a regional problem and not just the riad.

The staff went out of their way to accommodate every need that we had. They were beyond exceptional!!!!! The location was also amazing located right in the Medina. They arranged a walking tour of the Medina that took us to see how all the artisans worked. It was a wonderful tour that we would not have been able to negotiate on our own. They guided us to the parking garage, came to guide us to the hotel and brought us back to our car at the end of our visit. I can't emphasize enough how exceptional the entire staff was. 👏

Not one thing. They were exceptional

Such a gorgeous place, more like a palace. Beautiful inside and out. The beds are 'Moroccan soft'- on the harder side, but good. Crisp line-dry towels. Great shower and amazing breakfast - wow!! Best cup of coffee I've had in my life. We were able to catch a taxi on the road, no problem and it's only a few minutes from the old Medina. Staff were great and so helpful. Lovely people.

We forgot to close our doors, so they slammed in the middle of the night with the wind, but that was our fault. Other than that, it was our favorite place on our travel adventure.

Riad Dar Achaach was just great!! Such a beautiful place (especially the patio/central hall :))! The room was great: clean, spacious and with the best shower during our whole Morrocan trip and the breakfast delicious. We could store our bicycles safely, which was very important for us, but as a fellow biker the owner made sure of that! The city centre is reachable with a cab within just 10 minutes for no more than 15 dirham.

The Riad was beautiful, with spacious and immaculately clean rooms that comfortably accommodated three people. The manager and his family were exceptionally friendly, assisting us with printing our tickets and even providing breakfast for our early departure before breakfast service began. It's a lovely place that I highly recommend, especially if you're seeking a peaceful retreat in Morocco.

I think that the property was excellent, it was comfortable, the breakfast was delicious, the staff was very helpful and Morocco is a beautiful country

There was nothing to complain about

Amazin location, frinedly staff, super clean and spacious room with a big balcony. You can have a breakfast inside or outside in the yard. 10/10 will be back soon and highly recommended.
