nice. the pool is lovely

The ATM Machin. It deducted 100 dollars equivalent from my card and was never refunded despite all my complaints to the hotel management everyday till i left. The ATM did not dispense, it says error, take your card. Only to get to the room and found out the money had been deducted. i feel ripped and sad, yet the hotel tells me it will be sent back to my card, i amyet to see such.

Everything was top, Staff were super helpful and nice at all times and breakfast is amazing. One special thanks to Mr Karim And Kenza also Najwa which gave us a great Check-in. We will definitely come back.

my stay was absolutely delightful . the hotel itself is tunning with beautiful pool views and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful making me feel truly welcome specially CHAIMA and NAJWA . I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable and enjoyable experience

The hotel is quiet, clean, and the courtyard is beautiful. The staff were also extremely helpful especially my personal concierge Kenza.

It was too far to walk to the center of the city but that did make for a quiet night! I wish the breakfast had more gluten free options, especially plain yoghurt and cut up fresh fruit.

I love everything, starting from the location, the facilities the staff, everyone was amazing and they was really patient we went to a family vacation and everything was perfect even the decorated room that I requested for my husbands birthday. to the receptionist Nassim a big thank you he was really helpful in everything, for sure I will recommend this hotel and will come back there.

the lifts closing to fast and the ramps was too inclined so we struggled using the stroller

As soon as we arrived at the hotel we were greeted with a warm welcome. We were there hours before check in, however the lovely hotel manager organised our room for us. The staff, food and facilities were all fantastic throughout our stay. When we checked out, the porter, Fouad, was a very memorable character. He talked with us about our holiday and even took pictures of us before we left. Thank you Fouad. And thanks to every other staff member for your professionalism and giving us a trip to remember.

I had a wonderful stay . The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived specially receptionists Chaima and Najwa . The room was fantastic I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting

Lovely quite hotel to relax. Friendly staffs that are always ready to help. It was absolutely amazing! The views are stunning, rooms - luxurious, staff - very friendly especially Mr ANAS and Mr Karim ! One of the best hotels we have ever stayed in!

The main reason for my high rating is the staff, mainly Aziz in reception! He exceeded all my expectations and went above and beyond for us at all times! He was extremely friendly, kind, helpful and made sure to make our short stay as pleasant and fun as possibly trying to arrange all our activities in such a short space of time! Thank you so much Aziz, you are the reason why I would definitely come back here!

Only complain is when we came in for our check in one of our rooms wasn’t ready however Aziz offered to give us a different room straight away or have it cleaned immediately. We loved the view from the room so Aziz had cleaners sent straight away while we chilled by the pool! Also the hotel is very family friendly so be prepared for a lot of kids! However, overall very friendly hotel.
