Fantastic place to stay, staff all very accommodating nothing is too much hassle. Arrived and we were given a free upgrade to a pool view which was a lovely surprise. The facilities in the apartments was like a home away from home, good size bedrooms. The cleaners were amazing, they go above and beyond to make your stay as stress free as possible. Amenities around about the hotel was amazing, shopping centre and lots of food places to eat, we were never short of choice. Would definitely recommend of staying here again. We had the senior room apartment for 4 people and it was spacious. The rooms were cleaned and towels changed everyday too. Staff were friendly and approachable. The apartment/ hotel compound is pleasing to see and there was a children’s area if you needed it. The apartment/hotel is staffed 24hours and there is a shopping mall across the road which was very handy. The apartment provided basic crockery and cutlery but no electric items. The local shops across the road provided very good breakfast at very reasonable prices too. The area is quiet and peaceful. Jema Al Fena is around 40 minutes walk which is doable - the taxi ride about 10minutes.

Our room was advertised as having 2 bathrooms but actually it was 1 full bathroom and the other being WC and sink. We were told that there were no 2 bathrooms in the any apartment only 1 full bathroom and 1 WC The walls were a bit thin as you could hear everything from the adjoining rooms and from outside. The apartment didn’t provide any electric kettle or any other electric equipment/appliances. We were given a kettle to boil the water on the stove.

The staff were brilliant, so friendly and eager to engage in conversation about your day, or your life back home. Always courteous and smiling. We asked for a late check out on our last day, as we had a 6pm flight. Not only did they accommodate, but also didn't charge us. The room was clean and cleaned daily. We had an issue with the refrigerator in our room and this was replaced by the time we had, had lunch and come back. We enjoyed being able to chill around a pool in the afternoon, after a morning exploring the hustle and bustle of marrakech. If we are ever in this area again, we would definitely use this hotel.

The staff were so professional and polite. Very helpful whenever we needed anything, they would call taxi for us if we needed to go anywhere and arrange collection for us. We were able to leave all our valuables in our room and NOTHING was touched and that just gave me more peace of mind.

Would recommend taking gadgets with you (tablets, fire stick, etc) for evening entertainment as they only have French and Arabic channels on TV, especially when travelling with children.

I asked for a kettle as soon as I entered my room, I cant live without tea..there wasnt any in the apartment, I was given one lovely cooker teapot on the same day! we have 2 kids so needed extra towels/toilet rolls- all provided within minutes of requesting! I have very happy with the service, front desk staff were amazingly helpful, I asked for my bedding to be changed and this was done immediately which was great cleaning services were the best Iv ever seen at a hotel, they did a daily full clean of the apartment and balcony I highly recommend to families

sofa covers were a bit old and itchy, could do with replacing as old/harsh to skin.

Staff are super friendly, and welcoming. There to help when needed. Hotel is great value for money, only a 10 minute taxi to the Medina. Our apartment was spacious and fairly clean!

Our toilet did not flush without numerous attempts of bashing the flush button, asked to be fixed but after the engineer trying twice, we just lived with it for a week. Swimming pool water is FREEZING but properly not the hotels fault.. did not go inside it once even in the heat it was ice cold. Kitchen cutlery was quite old and stained, we didn't go near them. As well as some things we didn't like, we still overall enjoyed the hotel and would probably stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay with our family of 5 in a senior apartment that had a king room, a twin room and two sofa beds in the living room. The hotel staff were very helpful to ensure we had a comfortable stay. The kids loved the pool. Staff booked our excursions for us. Ideally located across the road from a supermarket and dining places including local eateries as well as a KFC and Pizza Hut.

Kitchen - Very poorly equipped - a joke compared to the rest of the place - I had 1 cup and it was chipped - fridge not up to standard - etc.... Please equip your kitchens properly - it is not hard to do - and it lets the rest of your lovely appart hotel dow.

The staff were all so lovely from the moment we arrived. Our luggages were transported to our apartment and they ensured we had everything we asked for. We stayed there for four nights ( 2 adults, 2 kids)Such a welcoming, calm and beautiful hotel with clean apartments. We were well looked after & I'm definitely going back. Hamza in particular was exceptional! He tried to meet everyone's need and we were all ensured we were all happy and well looked after. Such a patient and hardworking gentleman. Thank you HAMZA! The property was close to a shopping centre and not too far from the airport. Everything was accessible. The staff were amazing. Slim at the reception was very friendly and positive. He made us smile. The cleaners are also lovely, despite the communication barrier they tried their best to communicate with us and support during our stay.

There was only one frying pot, however we didn’t ask the reception if they could provide. No iron and no microwave. Which were all minor as we worked our way around it.
