The furniture in the room was a minimalist industrial look. Not busy. Just simple clean lines, and the choice of charcoal wallcolor was suited It was a very calming room to be in. The location was very good. It was close to restaurants, spas, bars, and 2 malls. The nearest train station was within walking distance. Great views.

The front desk staff looked like they need a holiday too when l approached them. The room door looked like it was kicked open in the recent past. Sometimes l could hear the people in the next room. Aircon was making some unusual noise.

Great location, direct train to the bus terminal and easy to get to the airport. Easy to get around with a bus stop right outside and a metro station 5 mins away (Hang Tuah). Lots of malls around and food options. Nice bathroom with hot water. Comfortable bed.

We stayed 2 separate times and both times the duvet had blood stains, one that looked like a fresh stain. The sheets were badly stained too. The floor was very dirty. However when we told reception they came to clean the room and changed the bedding within 5 minutes. Think they just don't have enough time to clean each room and need to invest in new bedding.

The location is in the centre. No problem in getting transportation. The room is big enough for the 4 of us. But we were not able to use the TV since the wifi won't connect. Also, the wifi is not that strong. Breakfast is good enough. Not a lot of choices but okay. There is also free water station in the lobby. The reception Area is very nice and the staff are very attentive and friendy. The bed is also very nice.

The CR is clean but looks a little bit old. Slow wifi. No one answers in the housekeeping number and the reception number is always busy. No free toiletries.

Location near Lalaport mall. Big but quite old hotel building with buffet breakfast. Very good value through booking. com for that day.

After shower we found out unfortunately our bathroom drain under the sink where water flows from the shower section was clogged. The whole bathroom was flooded that late afternoon. Water reached the bed room old carpet under the bed. 2 or 3 maintenance guys came and fixed the clog about 20 minutes. Front office was told by maintenance we could not move to other room for the night. As part of carpet was wet the smell ruined our night.

I like the atmosphere of the room, a typical comfortable hotel. I like the supportive attitude of the staff there, we faced the problem of entering our room with the existing room key, every time we get into our room, we need their assistance to use the mastercard to open the door, however they are still willing to attend to me with patience. Of course the fault is from their side initially but I am very satisfied with their service.

The problem with the room key is not fixed on the next day as their initial statement, but overall no big deal for me.

The location is absolutely perfect. If you want to go to Lal Port, roam around in the mall. If you want to go to the pavilion, you can reach there in just 10 minutes by walking. The location is perfect here without thinking.

The room was good, the bed was comfortable and the cleaning was the best. the room was cleaned daily, and the bed sheets were changed. The cleaner was a very good boy super friendly from Bangladesh

The TV has only 5 channels. The mini fridge had a load sound. The food was not served after 1:30 pm o'clock.

The hotel is really nice, a big thank you to all the stuff and receptionists, its clean, location is very comfortable and the prices are descent. Moreover, all requests were followed and even that I had a "don't disturb sign for a few nights, noone has actually disturbed me. Was pleasure, sure coming again!

The only thing was a bit uncomfortable, is that they don't let deliveries on your floor, so you have to go downstairs and get your order,

I like the bed u give to me. It's comfort. The location of this hotel also very strategic. So, I can access to mall, train and other shops.

The toilet was no space make me difficult to defecate. The air-conditioner not cold at all and not put at suitable place. I sleep but the air-conditioner point to other places.

its value for money if youre looking to just have a comfortable stay at night after a day full of shopping and walking around. it's clean, comfortable and a walkable distance from Berjaya Times Square which is great because that was where my coach dropped us off.

The room could have better and upgraded interior design but overall for the price we paid, it didn't really matter or bothered us so there's nothing much to dislike during our stay here! Thanks for the stay!
