Staffs are all good. Very helpful & attentive. My room got fridge, huge bed with good pillow. Iron provided in the common area, together w water filter machine & microwave. The rooftop got pool & many spaces to hangout & jacuzzi is at the ground floor. Many foreigner staying here as they have dorms..

The room is actually small compared to the picture shown in this app. Tak sesuai for family anak kecik. Tangga tinggi dan steep,bahaya for kids. Susah nak naik turun heavy luggage unless u bring backpack.. bathroom floor quite slippery but there's slipper provided. My room got no tv, only one hanger, and duvet tak cukup besar for a king bed.

food in restaurant good and discounted for hotel guests, perfect location right by Times Square, good Indian restaurants nearby, high standard of cleanliness in toilets and showers, comfortable bed, good aircon, good staff especially the Indonesian lady that works there, she had a lovely, friendly disposition

booked deluxe single room no mention on booking.com of steep ladder leading upto the bed, so bear in mind when booking single room, however this was handled efficiently and was moved to standard double room with shared toilet/showers which initially concerned me, but, these were kept clean at all times so needn’t have worried

the bedroom i booked didn’t seem like in the pictures so when i arrived i got surprised by the bed being on the second floor so to speak/ also the bathroom and shower are together so the shower is the most uncomfortable i’ve ever had

Great location, really well maintained and cleaned, staff very helpfull and smily, the 2 swimming pools are really not disappointing, common spaces are great. Easy to socialise. It's an oasis in the CBD. The architecture of the building is original and stunning too in this place of the town. Breakfast are really good, complete, and the restaurant has many options. Really recommend this place for backpackers and traveller in town. Views for the terraces are interesting. Good common spaces to work too.

Actually, the rooms are the lonely slightly negative point. They are small, compact, optimized at the maximum but it works thouht. If you're not the kind of person who need to stay in you room all the time. Few windows rooms. But they did what they could with the space they had I guess. I would recommend more ventilation in the rooms. Even worse better sleep in the dormitories than rooms without windows. Another little negative point: the constant noise from the AC machineryvof the huge commercial center aside, and the bloody buses hanging in the street running their engines during hours, but this is not the responsability of the hostel. That's just KL ^^

It was my first experience in a Capsule room and I must say it was way comfortable than I expected. And the staff was so nice and kind. Good location, 15’ away from Petronas Tower, 10’ away from Jalan Alor Food Street, 5’ away from Train station, 5’ away from Mall Low Yat and just 25’ away from Merdeka Square. I just fell in love with KL. I will come back to this amazing city and for sure Bestow will be my accommodation with no hesitation

The location of the hotel is right next to a mall that provides public transportation, next to the hotel were bars and restaurants and there’s also a KK mart open 24 hours, the place itself looks amazing and the facilities were great, a rooftop pool, a jacuzzi, a beautiful lounge area, a restaurant right beneath the hotel with 50% discounts for guests, super cheap breakfast and lovely looovely staffs, friendly and helpful, the room was small with an AC, it was such a great experience here we even extended our stay, we will definitely come again. This place has character for sure.

The only thing that bugs me are the walls, its so thin so you can hear a lot of things going on next door😂 but i didn’t really mind.

Strategic location for traveller w/without private transportation due to a cheap(er) carpark beside it. I had tried the Capsule and Budget Single room. The former is worth it for the money 4/5 if you are not a fatty. Being a capsule, it provide limited privacy in a dormitory type room. The latter is not so worth for the money 2/5 even if u are a fatty cuz you need to climb a super steep ladder to reach your bed. Might worth it for people/girls who bring a truck full of suitcases during holiday. Got pool, toilets are okay until some clowns refuse to flush, got heater, got pantry, got praying spot for muslim

The price. The prices on the brochure are not fix. Certain days there will be extra added fees for weekend or holiday season.

Michael was a consummate host, incredibly welcoming, helpful, and graceful in his handling of all tasks. So pleasant and easy to deal with. The hotel itself is of a quality of design and feel that surprises me, given the room rates which are amongst the most affordable in KL. Outdoor spaces are many and varied, and quiet spots for laptop work are comfortable and well-designed. Location perfect, atmosphere perfect, I won't be looking further for another base in KL. There are bigger capsules in KL, but you won't find them in an equally eclectic and aesthetic setting.

This hostel is great value for money! Good location and our private double room was small but served its purpose. The pool facilities were clean and the communal area was well equipped.

The bathrooms could have been cleaner and were quite hard to use due to the size. During our stay, there were lots of children staying who were very noisy in the pool area until midnight and early mornings which took away from our experience here. But this is not the fault of the hostel.

Very nice facilities like the pool and jacuzzi, shared bathrooms were fine, bed was comfy, air con worked, the budget rooms are very small but for a few nights it’s no problem, we weren’t in the room very much so depends on your presence. The staff were helpful and the location is really good, close to a mall so lots of restaurants and shops, not too far from the main attractions.

Thought it was a bit weird how they don’t give towels especially as there’s pools, seems a bit unnecessary to pay for a towel. The restaurant staff could be a bit nicer.
