Good location in Vianden. Motorbike friendly with free secure underground car park. Good size room with comfy bed. Had great view of the castle from our room. Bathroom was fine and very clean. We ate in the restaurant and had a good meal. Friendly staff. Very helpful guy on reception who gave me a tube of super glue to fix my bike boots when the soles were coming off!

No real negatives. Prices in restaurant on a par with most hotels and a tad on the expensive side!

The room was very spacious, as well as the bathroom. With a view to the Castle. The location was also superb, as one can walk to the castle, along the River Our and nearby sights. Massages and Spa offerings can be booked on sight as well.

As with many other Hotels as well, the pricing for Breakfast doesn't reflect the quality or quantity an individual eats. Once the hotel was booked more fully, walking noise and other sounds of the neighbouring room became a bit of a nuisance.

Indoor pool was great. Rooms were big and clean. Free Public parking and bus stop are next to the Hotel. Very nice terrace to enjoy some snacks and drinks. Staff was also very helpful. Overall our trip was good.

In the beginning our room was smelling of bleach/cleaning products when we entered, probably they cleaned the toilet using those. After ventilation for some time the smell was gone. They didn't have hot water kettle in the room. Although they provided me cup of hot water without any charges. In busy times, Parking can be a problem if the public parking is full as they do not have private parking.

The room was big enough and comfortable. We slept very well, even though there is a road just next to the hotel, luckily it is not too busy. The hotel provides a lot of extra services and the town is charming. The breakfast in the restaurant was well prepared and contained everything a person could wish for. The staff was welcoming and professional.

Loved my stay here, tough only 1 night everything was perfect. Pool was lovely and the brekfast was plentiful with lots of options to choose from, my room was very modern, looked like it was recently renovated. Friendly staff and they let me check out an hour and a half later for no extra cost, and on top they were also able to store my luggage for several more hours while I visited Vianden Castle.

We stayed 2 nights on a motorcycle trip through Luxembourg and Germany. Underground parking for the bike was safe and secure, really nice pool and wonderful town to visit. Plenty of bars and restaurants although we ate in the hotel which had a good selection on the menu and well priced. Well worth staying and would recommend.

Fella on the front desk I feel should not be customer facing. Not overly friendly through the three nights spent there. Reminded me of Basil Fawlty... I stopped saying good evening to him in the end as all he did was grunt!

The hotel was fine. We had a big room with terrace with an excellent view. It was nice to have an accessible swimming pool. The rooms were clean. Service and hospitality is very good. The breakfast is good. The menu from the restaurant has plenty to choose from and we regularly enjoyed a drink there. The food is simple but tasty.

The refrigerator didn't work. Toilets weren't cleaned after day 1, although everything was clean when we arrived. The pillows are light and thin, these could be better. Interior is fine but a bit outdated.

Big and comfortable room. The pool was very good and suitable for swimming. The breakfast choice was rich and the service quite good.

The price looks a bit high for the offered standard, however could be specifics for the area. I would say that I've been to better places for more decent price

Garage parking for the bikes. Nice Biker stay over I would say as we have had lots of motorcycle in the garage. As a HD rider I was pleasant surprised to see that many Hd's

The automatic lighting in the toilet and shower. It is hurting your eyes when you need to go to the lu in the middle of the night as it comes on automatic and you can't switch it off as it also will go out after some minutes automatic.
