We were late to check in but arrangements were made easily and efficiently. A nice touch for the kids to find Easter eggs waiting after a long drive! The park was lovely, well set out so you felt private while still being part of a little community. Good facilities - table tennis, basketball hoop and right next door to a beautiful walking trail through the woods. Accommodation itself very clean and functional - everything you could need and the beds were super comfortable.

Nothing really - I guess the worry that we would use more than our allocated electricity / heating (without knowing what that was nor how much would be taken from the deposit if we did go over) was a little annoying and made us feel less comfortable than we could have been.

Its a pretty 'bare bones' room and it definitely had a 'I'm at summer camp' vibe! It was great for what we needed: a space to stay for a week in the north so we could easily drive to many of the trailheads. The property was clean and safe and the restaurant/cafe on property was open every day which gave us options for an easy dinner if we were tired. I do think it would be a struggle to do anything off the property without a car (probably expected in this area!). We were able to go on long walks through the nearby gardens and trails and it was beautiful.

I think if I had my expectations in the right place (i.e. this is more of a camp-type experience vs a hotel stay) it would be perfect. I think the lead up of a 60 day non-refundable cancelation period + getting contacted separately (through a different link) to pay for our pet fee (only 5 EUR per day), and the weird actual 'deposit' required, was slightly anxiety inducing but I think they are just trying to protect their staffing model and property the way they know how.

Reception was easy to find. Reception staff were very helpful and proficient in several languages. The house had a good size living room and three bedrooms, two bathrooms (one with separate toilet) and outside seating.

Minor issue: One of the bathroom door keys was missing, so the door couldn't be locked.And in an ideal world, the kitchen would have been a bit larger and included a dishwasher - but that would all have to come at a financial cost.

Very nice personal. The house was cleaned. Comfortable parking. The house was warmed well.

The walls are very thin and we could hear the people in the next house. The WC is just next to the kitchen. 10 am. is too early for checkout. I received 18 e-mails about my reservation before my arriving, it is too much.

EVERYTHING WAS SO CLEAN SO Lovely! Also swimming pool included! I am afraid the staff at the reception and communication in general could be a bit more polite and easier but orherwise amazing experience!

The reception was a bit grumpy but the F&B was lovely! The location also has a deposit that you have to pay before 18.00 on the day of arrival, before you book this is not really clear.

Nice holiday homes and excellent location to cover Luxembourg country. Lot of facilities onsite.

Reception timing, it’s better to have direct boards on the road for holiday home numbers for easy navigation for visitors.

The staff were friendly. The surrounding location was lifeful The room was tidy, and tools provided were sufficient Seeing some deers in the near forest

The limitation of public transportation timing especially Sunday.

Very nice resort, lots of attractions for children. Beautiful surroundings, lots of places to walk. Very good equipment of the cottages although they need renovation.

The only downside is cleanliness. Not very carefully cleaned. Terribly dirty windows spoiled the magic of the place.

Nice location. We don’t have young kids, but would be great place for families. Lots to do with kids.

Steep stairs, no towels. No floor mat or towel for bathroom floor.
