Check-in staff was excellent. Room rate seemed within reason for the area, however, we reserved a pet-friendly room which implies pet fee is included in the room rate. We had to pay extra, for what? Claiming to be children and/or pet friendly for an extra fee is not very friendly. Another location charges a refundable deposit for pets. We will book there next time.

The pool area was overly crowded. There was a bug between the shower curtain and liner...cricket or roach I am not sure. One bed squeaked terribly. Drapes did not function properly.

The breakfast was wonderful: hot, tasty, good variety Convenient to shopping and Tech Quiet Very friendly and helpful receptionist

The spa was dirty for the entire 3 days we were there so we didn't use it....very dissappointing as the spa was the main reason we chose you Rooms were cleanish, but there was dirt in the corners and the floor didn't seem clean Bed was squeaky

Wonderful staff, great location & a very comfy room. Easy to get in and out, and with great features - like Internet, a microwave, and mini fridge. I also really appreciated the vending machines as someone who was staying alone and didn't get back to the hotel until late, having the option of drinks was great.

I wish Booking.com referenced the pet fee somewhere. I feel like I scoured the policies page several times looking for it. I don't have an issue with the fee, it just would've been preferable to know ahead of time.

Cleanness

Water pressure is set to low takes longer to get soap off. Shower heads need replaced Was offered no water this time girl came from setting over on the bench acted like we imposed on her we stayed there a few weeks back young girl then (different one) was very nice.We having been staying at this motel about six years now we do like how clean it is.

The location was good.

Breakfast room was so small and the coffee machine doesn’t work and no orange juice available not enough yogurt. And the ac didn’t work great.

comfort and value

When I checked in the receptionist insisted, I return the room keys to the front desk even though I told her I would be leaving early. I drove down to the lobby and left the key upon my departure.

My room was a good size. Breakfast was great. They had eggs,bacon, sausage, biscuits and gravy, waffles, potatoes,and grab in go stuff too. The value was great as well .

Would have preferred a love seat for two to sit on since in was me and my husband. Their was only an office chair and a chair which was not as comfortable.

The location was great easy access . The breakfast was great had lots of selection of food too choose from.

To my knowledge we were in great hands. There was nothing I disliked.

The staff was so kind and helpful. The room was great and so was the food options.

The pull out sofa bed was not the most comfortable. The mattress seemed pretty old and worn out.
