The restaurant is fantastic, and they always have my favorite beer on tap (Raider Red). The manager Dee always remembers us and makes sure we feel at home. We won't stay anywhere else in Lubbock!

the hotel across the street is sketchy, but I know there's nothing Doubletree can do about that.....

Large, clean room, which was nice and cool. The bed was comfortable, and the accommodations and amenities were top notch.

Our confirmation stated “breakfast is included in the final price” which was deceptive. What they did not say, was that a breakfast worth $15 per person was included in the final price. So we were charged for a portion of our breakfast. why say the price of breakfast is included in the final price if you are still charging for part of the breakfast.

It was very clean, staff courteous and helpful, it was close to the civic center which hosted most of my events.

A shuttle service for guest.

It is conveniently located to downtown, restaurants and Walmart is within walking distance.

I was expecting continental breakfast along with the stay, I was wrong but there was a restaurant in the lobby in the event you wanted to purchase something not as advertised.

The location was right down the road from The Buddy Holly Hall. It is also very close to the Tech campus. We were greeted with warm cookies ( they were delicious). The rooms were large and very clean. The beds were very comfortable. We also enjoyed food and drinks in their restaurant. They even had live music!

Hotel was accessible to roads, close to our venue, well lit in the evening, good fitness center.

The menu was too extravagant. The quality of food was good but portions way to big. Also we were told breakfast was included and the hotel did not honor the free breakfast.

Location is good; I stayed there because plumbing in house failed; I repaired and painted, didn't want to breathe drying paint for a night.

Was bummed the restaurant is closed on Sunday evenings; its an excellent restaurant, I sometimes go there for lunch. Thats my only dissatification; otherwise stay was great.

Fantastic comfortable bed with nice linens and plenty of pillows. Well appointed bathroom and the overall room was super clean. Asked for lower floor and was accommodated. Great associates at check in. Easy to get to location with plenty of parking. OH! AND OF COURSE THE DELICIOUS WARM COOKIES!!!

The room could have used a small microwave.

Front desk staff was amazing, food delicious, bar fun and staff wonderful. Our room was nice, it was just very noisy. We were on the ground floor and everyone walking in and out sounded like they were in the room with us. We also got in very late and had DO NOT DISTURB on door. Housekeeping knocked early and woke us up. Then we could hear people coming and going all morning long.

Housekeeping not disturbing us when we clearly posted our DND on the door. Room location very noisy!!

Very clean and my room was nice and quiet. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I also took advantage of the fitness room which was very well equipped with great machines.

I was genuinely pleased with this property.
