Room: Very quiet - during the stay it seemed like 99% of occupants were office workers on business trips, so it was very quiet at night. NO smoke smell inside the room AND in the corridors. Bathroom is very standard and clean. Breakfast: Included free of charge - not a big selection, but it's free! Value: Simply excellent.

Location: Man was this a long walk from the station... but it was cheap! So it definitely balances out. There's a pharmacy, convenience stores just around the block. Amenities: In-room slippers... I can't tell if they're clean or worn before!? They're not in plastic packaging, so I guess they're not one-use?? There's hot and cold water in the lobby so you don't need to boil your own.

I liked that the location of the hotel was convenient, it was connected to Sannomiya station almost all the way with underground passages. The free breakfast was good, with plenty of variety and the option to take a box of food back up to the room instead of eating at the lobby.

The mattress was quite hard, and while I could sleep, it was not the most comfortable. There was no nightstand next to the bed, and the power points were located far away.

Great position close to Sannomiya Station, it's just a short walk to Chinatown, the marina or Ikuta area and his restaurants. Loop bus between shinstation and the harbour is just at the corner. The rooms are new, very clean and spacious. Breakfast is only Japanese and the area quite small so can be a little busy in some moments, but looks like you can take it to your room.

Breakfast was filling and varied, served in the lobby buffet style with selections of rice, meat, fish, salad, coffee, tea etc. All rooms have fire escapes with fully opening windows. The beds and pillows were very firm, which was fine. Billowy quilts. Offered a Light Housekeeping sign for the door which meant change of towels and garbage, or Full Housekeeping if preferred. Close to train station, shopping, sightseeing, nice park nearby.

The tiny bathroom had ingenious plumbing with one faucet for sink and bath. It took a bit of messing around to get used to. You needed to get the pressure right to get the right temperature. The TV was mostly paid programming, couldn’t get the news, so best to have your own device and use their free wifi.

Breakfast time...( wish was to 10:00...) and wish check inn time was earlier and check out time was later ( may be 11:00 ? ) Wish room had a few desk-drawer or more space for belongings.....so I could stay longer , not just for a day or two.... I was there for holidays and not "business-trip".

Friendly staff and easy luggage storage. Small but good buffet breakfast included at such a cheap price for the night. Room was a decent size for a basic Japanese hotel.
