We found the front of house staff Anthony & Luca to be exceptionally kind. In fact all staff were great. Providing attentive warm hospitality each day of our holiday. They gave recommendations for restaurants and local amenities and room service which enhanced our visit. As they own a second hotel around the corner where we could breakfast if we wanted a dining room experience we really enjoyed having that choice.

Perhaps our room was a little small for seven nights however it was comfortable. Indeed we were upgraded free of charge and had a splendid room in Bloom ( their adjacent hotel.) on our last evening.

It was a beautiful looking hotel in a lovely location . Rooms were very clean and perfect for the 2 of us . We had a twin room and private bathroom and we were very happy with our choice . The exterior of the hotel is just picture perfect the wisteria was in full bloom and you could smell it as you walked under it . Breakfast was served outside daily and it was a good breakfast ,Coffee orange juice fruit pasties and plentiful . It was a 10 min walk to st marks square and there were plenty of ice cream shops and cafes and restaurants to eat and drink at . Lots of beautiful squares to sit in and beautiful churches everywhere we went . We had the best pizzas and I enjoyed the espressos in the quaint bars lots of atmosphere .

The location was wonderful and central for all the areas you would like to visit. The bathroom albeit it small had everything you needed and was very clean. Lovely hot water. Breakfast was lovely and was nice to sit outside in the square and enjoy the atmosphere. The staff are extremely helpful. We returned to the hotel after a day out and following a severe thunderstorm and Tony? was on the desk and immediately offered us a lovely cup of tea which we were extremely grateful for. A lovely boutique hotel in an excellent position and serving a lovely breakfast

There was nothing we did not like.

This property is just what we hoped for. Quaint, quiet and historical. The staff greeted us like family. Everyone was pleasant and welcoming. You really felt the warmth from all the staff. Breakfast at the outdoor patio was wonderful and a great way to start the day. Smiles greeted us constantly. The rooms with wood floors and wood beams on the ceiling were amazing!

The bathroom was small and at the time of season air conditioning was not available. However they provided a fan for us and it was very comfortable. A small sacrifice for all the wonderful things.

Fell in love with this boutique hotel. Luca was amazing (welcoming and super helpful). The rooms are on the small side but very clean and have everything you need. The beds and linen were top quality and it was some of the best sleep I had during our stays from Paris to Italy. The hotel is centrally located near the canal, St. Marks, shops, and restaurants. It's just a short walk from the pier and very easy to catch the ferries, water bus, and gondolas! I would definitely stay again the next time I come to Venice.

The breakfast was served at the next door hotel, which was not very comfortable with small kids, however, all other possible inconveniences were minimised: the staff booked the table at the time we wanted, no waiting time. In summer time I believe this inconvenience does not occur, as the hotel has wonderful inner yard with tables to be served for breakfast

My family and I (4 people) had a lovely stay at the Hotel which is situated close to the Accademia Bridge and Museum. The facilities at the hotel were good with very comfy rooms and enough options for breakfast each morning. The staff at the hotel were very welcoming and helpful and provided suggestions for where to visit and helped us have a really wonderful stay. I would very happily recommend this hotel to other friends and family should they wish to visit Venice in the future.

The staff was helpful and nice. The location is close to the vaporetto station and to all interest points. The room was nice,l and cozy and we had a separate entrance door, with a small terrace. Absolutely adorable! The breakfast was rich and tasty. If you do not find an iron in the room, you can just ask for it at the reception desk.

I cannot think of anything that we didn’t like.

Fantastic hosts! Unfortunately we couldn’t stay at the hotel with our booking due a cancelled flight and we were only going to Venice for 24 hours, however when we did arrive in Venice the next day, Anthony very kindly stored our bags for us, allowed us to freshen up and gave us lots of recommendations for places for food & drinks. We will absolutely be back and will be coming back to stay here! Very helpful, kind and generous people. Thank you very much for helping us to make the most of our 3 hours in Venice!

This was a charming, classy, very clean hotel with very helpful staff. We arrived late to Venice and the host was waiting outside for us,upgraded our room and even carried my suitcase up. There was a bottle of Prosecco for us to drink every night up on the rooftop terrace where you could chat with other people from around the world. The room was small and had an external bathroom across the hall, but everything was super clean and had all kind of free amenities we could use including housecoats. I loved the purple hallways so I didn’t mind. The decor of the common area on each floor was rustic and lovely. The complimentary breakfast- that you would have on your own floor- was fantastic. Cold meats, cheese, croissants, a variety of breads, pastries, hard boiled eggs, cereals, etc. and had a waitress to get you your expresso or cappuccino. The location was in one of the squares and walking distance to all the main attractions. We were sad to leave.
