Staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms and amenities were at high level comparing to cost of stay. There was plenty of parking space.

Free internet was available but it was barely working. Sufficient for e-mails but forget about video calls. Youtube videos were lagging even when set to low video quality. Some house policies were too stiff. Breakfast opening time and SPA closing time are enforced within seconds. It was impossible to get the additional towel for the pool so we had to do with only 1 towel per person for room showers and for the pool. Highly inconvenient for no good reason, we would be happy to pay extra for additional towels.

overall is was great - may a couple of extra pillows would have been nice. you have to be naked to use the steam room and sauna so not great for the more modest of us - so be aware!

The rooms are spacious, very clean and modern. The property has stunning views, and a wonderful Swimmingpool with Wellness area. My Partner and I were there for her Birthday as she’s always wanted to visit the Lago Di Braies (Pragser Wildsee) which is about a 40 minute drive from the Hotel. The route to Lago di Braies entails Panoramic views of the Dolomites. On the eve of my Partners Birthday I asked the owner if she could arrange a Birthday surprise for my Partner. In most cases it wouldn’t have been possible because the Bakeries were already closed etc. however, the owner and the staff made it happen. My Partner is Pregnant and it really made her entire Birthday trip. While in certain parts of our European trip I encountered less than friendly people, here at the Hotel Gran Pre I was treated with respect and kindness. The room cleaning service even tidied up our room and mopped the floors clean (which is often not the case at Hotels) The breakfast had many fresh options, and the Cappuccino was divine. During checkout, the owners Daughter gave us the Hotels card with a sincere welcome to contact them the next time we wanted to visit. I would give the hotel, including staff a 10 out of 10. My Partner was just as satisfied as I am. If you’re planning a trip to San Vigilio de Marebbe, then this hotel is truly worth a visit.

Everything about the property was truly up to par. I was honestly satisfied with my entire experience.

Unconvenient opning hours of relax area and pool, the opening hours should be available in writing to inform the guest properly. Unconvenient and strict rules for use of joint facilities. still a very nice place to stay.

Nice and cozy hotel with decent location. Skibus station was right under the hotel but we used a car to go to Kronplatz Miara lift (5 min) and to Alta Badia (30 min). Staff was friendly and amazing.

If I had to nitpick - pillows were not to our liking.

The photos did not match the room. Photos showed a modernly renovated room, and the room we were placed in was old and not renovated.

The Hotel is very nice with enough parking space. The staff is kind, flexible and friendly. Excellent breakfast. Wellness is spacious, clean and well very tastefully arranged, not to mention wonderful swimming pool.

I can’t say there was a thing that disturb us. Only that we couldn’t stay longer. But that certainly is not the fault of the hotel, is it?

We really enjoyed the newness and cleanliness of the structure! We also found the spa / relaxation area super cozy and rejuvenating, which was perfect after our adrenaline adventure on Europe’s longest zipline. Our suite room was also spacious and beautiful, and the breakfast generous and delicious!

Quite pricey (but we saw that the town is extremely expensive when it comes to accommodation options). I would also suggest adding a more personal touch to the rooms, e.g. some plants or flowers… something to make it feel even more welcoming.

The hotel is renovated, everything is clean, modern and functional. The spa is very comfortable and the swimming pool clean and warm.

I think that breakfast should included more food, same food every day. Rooms in the hotel are cold, no heating.
