The resort is perfectly located with a wonderful pool area that offers exceptional views. The staff are pleasant and helpful. The onsite restaurant was excellent (food and drinks at the restaurant were top-notch). Aside from the smell of the toilet water, the room is clean and cozy, and the hotel itself nicely located close to the Saturnia Hot Springs. The sunset views are spectacular!

We purchased drinks at the pool bar (mojitos) and they were non-drinkable. tasted like water and lemon juice. We didn't like that we had to keep separate tabs for the pool, restaurant, and hotel as they are each operated on their own. It's not a such a big deal but it was a bit inconvenient for the overall experience. Additionally, the hotel uses rainwater for their washrooms which is great for the environment but produces an awful smell in the room. It would have been nice to know this ahead of time.

The staff were so friendly and accommodating. The room that we had was bright and airy and opened onto a private terrace which was perfect for relaxing. The food, service and ambiance in the restaurant was perfect with lovely views out over the surrounding countryside. There was a relaxed room for breakfast with a variety of foods available on the self serve buffet. The road leading to the property is steep and narrow, so it is exceptionally peaceful. The spa was small and relaxed with a lovely atmosphere.

View from room was wonderful towards Saturnia. Breakfast was a buffet, it was good with plenty of choice. Sauna and steam rooms were lovely. The Hot tubs were not easy to start & they lacked Oomph! The Pool was large and clean and set in a lovely garden with great views. The location was 10 minutes by car to the cascade.

I didn't like that the restaurant and breakfast room were both accessed by stairs outside of the main hotel building.

Staff were wonderful! Marco and his front desk and housekeeping staff were the best. Valentino and Antonio in restaurant I can't say enough good about food and service. Ladies in the spa were superb! Hotel was clean, comfortable with everything my wife and I wanted and yes great value and great location. I would recommend and return without hesitation. Most of all I want to mention how responsive and helpful Marco and Valentino were helping me when I drove my car into a ditch by the terme cascade. Far exceeded my expectations getting me out at minimal cost, time or car damage!

One and only issue I had was weather was unseasonably warm during first week of October and pool was no longer in-service. We still could sun bathe or use their outdoor hot tub however.

The hotel is located in the country side, the best Way to reach is by car. The Area is much local, you get the cance to experience the local country side, local Italiens, and are much Close (3km) to the Saturnia hot springs. The personal staff at the hotel including the owner, is sweetest and helpfull staff you Will find! And the hotel speak for it self! Most amazing hotel, beautifull and lovely rooms, great bed & ok bathroom.

Please remember your own gym supplies like elastic bands etc. As the fitness on the hotel only includes a cardio bike. As we were on the hotel sunday and monday where every stores was closed, we couldnt by the stuff we needed, so for the guest, remember to buy all you need before arriving - see this as a tip, and not a complaint.

A gorgeous grand hotel in the hills of Saturnia. Perfectly located to access the natural springs and neighbouring towns of Montemarano and Pitigliano, of which all three were absolute highlights of our two week drive around Tuscany. The rooms are not huge but the beds are comfortable and the views were outstanding! The pool was bathed in sun all day and the restaurant for dinner was fabulous. The staff are 10/10

Nothing, everything was fabulous

The hotel is located at the top of a mountain, so the views from our room and from the dinner table were amazing. Everthing was very clean, and the staff was wonderfully helpful. The breakfast in the morning was one of the best we've experienced with many sweet and savory options. There was even a pancake machine that made a fresh stack for you at the push of a button. The hotel arranged for us to spend the day at the hot springs which was a true delight despite the rain.

Saturnia is an exceptionally beautiful location. The only drawback is that it is not easy to walk to other areas (there is not much around),

This was our favorite place during our 3 weeks in northern Italy/Tuscany. The hotel is beautiful and I don't think you can find a better view of the Tuscan hills anywhere! We were in awe of the lush green hills with vineyards and mountain-top cities in the distance. The staff was amazing and so kind and helpful!!! We were greeted with smiles, suggestions of places to visit, and were spoiled during our stay. The room was very clean and nice and spacious. It was decorated nicely and provided the comfort we needed for a relaxing stay after being on-the-go for a couple weeks. Did I mention the views... seriously the most beautiful thing we experienced in Italy! We dined at the high-end restaurant on site and enjoyed our meal and the friendly service. The breakfast included with our room was amazing and we simply ordered off a menu as you would at any restaurant... such a great way to start a relaxing day. Carlos, the manager, and his staff were amazing and we really appreciated their help and suggestions. Definitely spend an hour at the Saturnia falls but spend the whole day at Terme di Saturnia Spa & Resort. Carlos will help you with purchasing the day passes and make sure to spend the little extra for access to the natural hot springs crater, not just the pools downstream from the crater. You won't regret it and we floated around for several hours and loved our day spoiling ourselves while we relaxed. We drove there and had fun navigating the narrow hilly roads to the hotel and surrounding towns. It took the adventure to a whole new level of fun and exciting if you're up for it. (It is crazy and nerve-wracking if you're use to driving in the United States) We will definitely be going back to visit this hotel the next time we need to relax in the most beautiful place in Tuscany.

I can't think of a single negative with our stay at this wonderful hotel. The only thing I even questioned was that the A/C units in the rooms were turned off due to it being unseasonably cooler while we were there. We live in the mountains of Colorado where it is very dry and cool so what they considered cold was still warm and humid for us but we left the balcony door open at night and the fresh cool air was comfortable. I hope your experience will be as great as ours was!

Loved the location with its stunning views, the area was quiet and relaxing. The breakfast and dinner were delicious with great service. The room was comfortable and had good facilities and although we didn’t get to try the pool out due to work commitments , it looked very inviting

Nothing, it was perfect. They should maybe have some better photos because the current ones doesn’t do them justice!

Despite being unable to enjoy the inviting pool due to unfavorable weather conditions, the resort's serene ambiance and picturesque surroundings more than made up for it. Breakfast, while satisfactory, could benefit from a wider selection. However, the real highlight is undoubtedly the breathtaking views that greet you each morning.

The weather. The resort is fine and the food was amazing despite the high price.
