This place is the epitome of La Dolche Vita. It's simple charm is everything. It's very close to Cascate del Mulino, and the morning sun that streams onto the deck is enough to make you want to stay longer. Our breakfast was devine and extremely generous. The bed was firm and very comfortable. Our room was clean and the coffee machine was a welcome sight! If you're looking for high end then this isn't for you. It's for people who want an authentic Italian holiday to relax and unwind in a simple yet exquisite setting. I'd definitely stay again.

Absolutely nothing. It was perfect for us.

Clean, lovely, cozy (small but enough), comfy bed, great location, excellent breakfast and cappuccino (or whatever else you wanted to drink). The hostess didn't speak much English but still was very helpful and kind. I mean we're in their country, I need to know their language -and I loved practicing my limited Italian! The WhatsApp info on how to find the place, how to check in (after hours) was super clear and helpful. Also, the unofficial welcoming committee, aka the kitty that apparently has no name but has the heart of the hostess was prompt and lovely but not clingy! Haha

Out of the options of rooms that I had in the photos for the same room option at the same price we got the smallest and darkest one. It was fine with us cos we only stayed one night but I would have been sliiiiightly bummed out if I had the room for longer than that. But then again, you're not in this area to sit in the room but to sleep and then go for exploring the area!

This was a great place for the hot springs! You could walk to them, but its a long walk down a road without a pavement. There is a carpark close to the springs, so we just used that at €2.50 per hour. The b&b was fantastic, and there was plenty of space for me, the wife, and 2 daughters. They had there one room with a tv and a table. We had a tv table and the shared bathroom. The staff in the morning were pleasant, and she delivered our breakfast promptly. My children are a little fussy and wanted the waffle i bought warmed up, and she was happy to help with this. She couldn't speak English, but we got by with Google Translate.

May be the offer of pancakes for children would be good and a kettle in the room to make tea.

The only one thing I didn’t like - breakfasts! Every day all the same! And only sweet food: cookies, croissants, chocolate, jam, honey, sweet yogurt, sweet juice, sweet oat…! How is it possible to eat so much sweets for breakfast?? No eggs, no bacon, no vegetables!

Very close to Saturina falls - which was the reason of of our visit and stay. Nice breakfast delivered to your room. Cozy and country style decorated rooms. Quite.

The rooms and the bathroom are very small so it will not be convenient for a long stay with a family.

The location to the free thermal springs was about a 20 minute walk or you can park at the nearby car park for the springs. The village is quite a walk uphill, so recommend driving there. There is a lovely cafe in the square at Saturnia, which served Paninis, Granita, Ice Cream and Boba Tea. The breakfast was amazing and we were joined by a lovely cat, who was so friendly. The breakfast consisted of wonderful Cappucinos, juices, cereals, croissants, moist cakes, yoghurts etc... Definitely look up the sky in the evening as there is little light pollution and we managed to see many shooting stars. The springs are so lovely too. It was a wonderful taster of Tuscany.

The air conditioning didn't feel as cold as expected, but the rooms overall were just lovely.

it was a lovely place to stay. The room is small but we found it okay, thankfully the weather was nice so we could sit outside on the veranda and have breakfast which was really very pleasant.

I liked everything but a signpost outside would be helpful when arriving at night because we didn’t know if we should have drive. up the hill or not. We chose to turn left into the Carpark which was where our accommodation was.

Very nice location, off the main road and nice and private. Breakfast was good and they accommodated one of us who is gluten free.

Unfortunately we were not able to have our originally booked room, and the room offered wasn't as nice (and didn't quite look like photos).

The breakfast was excellent. On the property there is a cat that is very friendly and we enjoyed the company. The location is not far from the public hot spring, probably about a 5 mins drive. Not advisable to walk there as there are no pedestrian walkways along a certain stretch which can be dangerous.

Lovely little villa, quite small but fine if you're going to be out and about most of the day. There was air-conditioning in the room which was much needed during the height of summer. Breakfast was lovely, good selection of food, tea and coffee. Very close to the hot springs. Make sure you plan to get there by car because you'll need it.
