Room was good size and hotel had all the amentities needed for good stay. Enjoyed the stay. There was a restaurant attached to the hotel that provided convenience instead of searching in a different location. Train and bus station ws very close.

Washer was not working fos some time when I arrived. There was only one washer for a hotel that housed numerous people. There should be more than 1 washer for hotel guest.

Lovely staff, very welcoming. Rooms and hotel were a lot nicer than I was expecting. We were a party of 12 from Australia and have family there and loved that they allowed us to use the outdoor area when it was closed to be able to have our family around.

Beautiful spot to sit around the pool and look out at the mountains, pool could use a clean though. bunk beds not overly comfortable, but manageable.

The staff were very kind and helpful, check-in and check-out were seamless. Room was spacious and bed was really big.

The location is not fantastic. The hotel is near the metro, which is really easy to use to get to the centre, but around the hotel there's nothing. The hotel is also on a street corner, and you absolutely can hear the cars.

The location, friendly personnel and nice interaction with them. The guy taking care of the breakfast is a real star ⭐ of this hotel. He gave us positive vibes every morning.

The prices and the length of the menu in the local Indian restaurant. We didn't appreciate the insufficient level of cleanliness in the swimming pool. This location might be very crowded on a sunny day. More chaise longues would be highly appreciated.

I've stayed at this hotel before - it's always good value for money. The property is getting a bit old but it is generally well maintained, clean and tidy and the staff are always helpful. Handy to the metro for getting around. All round a happy experience and will be happy to stay again next time.

Very friendly staff, family room very spacious! Everything is straightforward regarding the booking process. The kids enjoyed playing in the trampoline while we could have dinner in the restaurant, very convenient!

The facilities are a bit old.

I liked the staff, they were very professional and very helpful. Always speaking with a smile.

The ventilation sometimes brought smells from the kitchen but everything was so clean.

The room was big. Lots of space for all. We just stayed one night between our road trip. The pool looked lovely but did not get to use. The restaurant attached was good. Ordered an Indian dish and it was very good.

Amazing place! Clean, spacious, modern and the rooftop pool with the mountain view was just incredible! Very close to the city centre, the staff was always nice, no issues at all. The room had a balcony with mountain view as well which we really enjoyed. Great value for money and will definitely return soon.

Can't find a thing I didn't like, it is a great place.
