Fantactic breakfast, like the best breakfast we had in our hole Italy trip. Fits all tastes. Room was clean, everything was fine and comfortable for our family stay. Good that hotel has 24-front desk, as we arrived from airport at midnight.

Although the pictures match the fitting and the design of the rooms and hotel common facilities, the ancient luxury vibe is not there. I guess the picture lighting has done the trick and presents the hotel as more historic/castle style then it really is. Smells a bit from cigarettes all around the hotel.

This is one fine hotel! Comfortable, clean, cozy beds, big bathroom, good WiFi, great breakfast. We spent there only one night on our way to Spain for a holiday, and it was more than good for a purpose. I can't say more about the location, because we didn't have enough time to explore the city, but I'm guessing it is fine, not more than one mile away from the city centre. It has a free parking, which was also great. The staff was great, so, I would highly recommend this accomodation.

Hotel included everything as written in description before booking. The hotel contains parking in front of the hotel and underground garage. Breakfast was okay for me. I would just recommend having eggs not just boiled as an option. The location is perfect. Metro station is 500m far away and even walking to the city isnt too far away (aprox. 15 min).

The comfort of the bed for us was below average. I had problems with sleeping and back pain. All in all the staff was polite and tried to solve my problem but unfortunately not to the expectation that we imagined it would be. I'm not the kind of person who is "picky". I just think that the hotel with 4 stars could be a bit more modern and at least be comfortable. Ive been in 2 star hotels which had comfortable beds. I hope that you will solve these problems in the future and wish you all the best!

Having an excellent location, not so far away by walking / by public transportation meanings to the historical city center of Brescia , Ambasciatori Hotel offered to us, by its great staff, a very comfortable and nice room, a balanced and good breakfast and of course a free parking seat for our car! This is a wonderful hotel. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean with a large comfy bed. Ample parking both above and below ground. We ate in the restaurant most nights. The food is excellent and they serve tradional Brescia fare. The restaurant service is exceptional. It's a 15 - 20 mins. walk to the city centre but there are also metro and bus stops virtually outside of the hotel, tickets available at the hotel. I would love to stay here again.

Excellent location to the old town, castle. Parking on site is huge! Breakfast was complete and luxurious. Staff courteous and helpful. Although hvac was turned off on arrival, it was quickly dealt with. Bed was comfortable and quiet. Shower was among the best.

The lounge was very quiet and lacking in life. End of season, the crowds are gone

The hotel was comfortable and welcoming. It was also convenient for the city. The parking was excellent and met our needs. The restaurant was very good and we enjoyed our meal. We would certainly stay again.

It would have been nice to have to have a few more extra in the room, for example slippers.

A wide selection at breakfast. Scrambled eggs were available upon request. The staff was very helpful, e.g. when I requested additional call hangers or adapter.

It was quite noisy at night if you room was situated from the street side. The pillows weren't particularly comfortable.It would be just perfect if there was a gym and a swimming pool. It is quite surprising that the restaurant at the hotel is closed at the weekends.

Kind personnel, free parking spots at the hotel, decent breakfast and dinner at the hotel restaurant. The room, although the furnishing was a biit old fashioned, was comfortable and clean. Everything was adequate for the price. The old town is around 25 mins walking distance, but there is a bus to take you in too.

The best part of the Ambasciatori was the professionalism of the staff. They were exceptionally polite, spoke excellent English, and were eager to help.

A large and delicious breakfast buffet was served every day, but the excellent restaurant only served lunch and dinner on weekdays. It would have been nice to have had another memorable dinner over the weekend.
