Staff very responsive. Location is very strategic. Close to eating areas

We were only given one keycard for the room. Once you take out the card, the whole room was without electricity including the fridge. We noticed it when we put some food and bottle drink in the fridge. The food got rotten and the drink was never get cold. It was only when were we in the room, everything went back to normal. Very bad experience. The food became inedible. The fridge should always be with electricity even though light and aircond went off.

Excellent staff. They greet and welcome me as I was entering the hotel entrance. The front counter is also polite and attentive. All the staff, and I really mean ALL staff are helpfull, very eagre to assist when ever needed, greet and smile always. Makes you feel welcome. In fact, I've been in this establishment a number of times. As for breakfast...no complaints for the price you pay.

Cleanliness could be improve. Ants roaming around if you drop a little bit of juice or food. Run down towels and bed spread. The shower is not spraying properly. Very, very dusty under the bed. I notice it when I tried to find my personal item which dropped and rolled under the bed. I also found a dead cockroach in the crevices of the sofa. PIC should do some spot check on the room service jobs.

Breakfast is okay but I wish new menu every alternate day

We waited too long for the ironing to be sent to the room. Hotel just gave 30 minutes for ironing!!!There should have more ironing facilities like a special ironing room in some floors

The suite room is a way better choice rather than their normal room which has SEVERAL ISSUES (refer to my other review)

The jacuzzi's smell when you turn on the jetty water. It shows how old and poor the maintenance of this hotel is. This suite is supposed to be their best room and the hand wash we got have added water in it which is very evident. You can't wash your hands with liquid soap that is so much diluted with additional water just for them to save on soap!

the staff is extremely amicable and ready to assist with any requests. The location is also great, close to street food, malls and restaurants.

This is pretty nice hotel and I believe they should update their bed sheeting. Lots of stains and tears. The bathroom has seen better days. The tiles have lots of soap scum which could easily be cleaned.

It was a very clean room and toilet. Right size. A full window with a view out. The hotel was very clean and cozy. Great location. Sarinah shopping centre is a short walk away. In short, it's an exceptionally good hotel.

When I was checking out, I requested a receipt. The two front desk staff said no. And despite me asking them politely, they simply refused. I could not understand the logic or behaviour. When I asked to see their Manager, they gave all kinds of excuses. Unbelievable. Why that happened is beyond my comprehension.

This hotel has an excellent location, making it convenient for travellers who need quick access to transportation. With Grab and taxis readily available, getting around the city is effortless. Additionally, the hotel’s proximity to key landmarks adds to its appeal, making it a perfect choice for both leisure and business travellers.

The hotel bathroom has an unpleasant smell

The staff was accommodating, friendly and helpful. The location is nearby public transport, bus Station MH Thamrin, a little further is MRT Station and about 5minutes Grab ride to Tanah Abang. There's street food across from the hotel and Sarinah is also within walking distance. The room is great, clean and spotless, albeit a little small.

The shower door is transparent, would be awkward for group of friends. Breakfast is so-so, Wifi is great. Supposed check in at 2pm, but the housekeeping wasn't done earlier so we were stuck at the lobby until 3.30pm.

Very courteous staff. Clean premises. Very fast and easy check in and check out. Love the location, near to places I wanted to go. I would quite happily stay here again.

Small hiccups which I think can be quickly and easily rectified - slow water drainage in the shower, which can cause overflow. On second day water dripped from aircond (slow drip). But next day it was alright, perhaps rectified by hotel.

Property is near mall establishments such as Sarinah mall. It is also within proximity to transjakarta if commuting abroad is your thing.

Room that was assigned to me had odd tiling which made taking a bath messy. Water is spilling outside shower area. Air conditioning is hot at first but gets colder at dawn
