The staff at the hotel were very friendly. The room was clean, and the beds were good. The location is not far from restaurants and shops. It is located in a lovely, typical Indonesian little gang (street); therefore, the room was quiet. AC works perfectly. There is an elevator, but you must climb some steps to get inside.

There was no fridge or water cooker in the room. We could not open the curtains. The breakfast comes from a third party. There is no option to choose. Since we eat vegan, we could not eat this breakfast. But if you like cold rice and chicken, you might be happy with it.

The thing I don't like about that property, it was every single night in every single hour . one man it came into the street , looking around the street. and he ringing the bell which was very very loud, and I ask lobby to tel hem to stop. they say he is a security man, but they should know that. people in hotel they want to sleep, they should not let security man doing noise in the middle of night,

The location pin for Gojek and Waze are not accurate. I booked this room becauze it says we can smoke in the room but no, you can't smoke in any of the room or will be penalised Rp500k. The bed is okay but the pillows are not. The air conditioner is qorking but not cold. Was quite hot in the room 401.

The location

It did not smell nice. Bathroom was dirty, sheets were dirty. Really noicy, could here everyone on the street and rooms next to you.

There was nothing to like about this place. It looks nothing like the pictures. Green bedding, dirty, loud, smelly. Not fussy travelers by any measure but this was not ok.

The location is not at the main entrance, you have to walk and carry your luggage. The rooms don't look like the pictures. I would not stay here again.

I only check in about 1 hour at this hotel because i feel very sad and shock, the room is totally different compare in booking.com website picture.and i feel cheated .i want to refund my money back.
